Clean and well maintained rooms. Service staff is helpful and honest. Provide room service for food and other needs. Rate is pretty reasonable.

Issue No 1. - It was a corporate booking for 3 rooms by one agency. When we entered the hotel, we were told that Guests for all the three rooms have to be present for check in, else we will not allow. It was almost 12 o'clock in the midnight & we told them that we are not aware as to who third guest is. After lot of arguments, he allowed the stay. Issue No. 2 - We had requested breakfast for two guests in one room. I was told that the same has been delivered in other room when nobody was there in the room. Issue No 3 - Most Pathetic. When we were in the conference, we got a call that we are shifting your luggage to reception, as your booking was only for one day. They could have told this while we were leaving the hotel. Till the time we reached hotel, we were not sure what will happen. After lot of arguments, finally the rooms were restored. Issue no 4 - AC in my room was not working, when i asked them, it was told to me that your booking is for non AC room. On the contrary, when I asked my other colleague, it was told that the AC is working fine. On second day, it was told that there is no concept called non AC rooms. In all there was lot of confusion. Issue no 5 - On day one, complimentary breakfast was served, however on day two it was told that it is not included in your package. Only plus point was the facility was new & the interior was also reasonable. But in all it was a pathetic experience, room was too small. Breakfast quality was average. The locality was pathetic.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property and the service. The location might be difficult to spot but the property is great. My family (who didn't have a pleasant experience with Oyo earlier) loved the property. Service was prompt, hassle-free. Very accommodating staff.

Guys do check with them regarding any extra guests coming in your room. Because these guys they won't allow them even if you try hard to request them for your guests to stay just for a period of 2 hrs with you. Today itself I had a experience of such a dilema. So enquire with them and have a good day.

This hotel started somewhere around January 2019 and I stayed there 3 weeks but when I came again in Mid May, I could see it clearly their reduced service standard. It's an average hotel. Close to it has Nerul, sector-1 village market which is dirty and very crowded too. The best part, it's close to Highway. Food is expensive in comparison to hotel cost. If you are in a short visit, ok to stay for a day or two.

It was a pathetic place. The food was pathetic. There was fungus in bread, puri was oily and sabzi was floating in oil and red chilly powder. Staff themselves said that they don't eat the food made there. Bathroom latche was broken. Room sizes were smaller than the ones represented in site. Water was leaking from windows and falling on bed. Linens were dirty and unhygienic.

Very Bad experiance. Hotel is not secure for couples. Anyone can open your Door at anytime. You must be in trouble if you are with your Girlfriend. Manager Roshan is arrogant. Staffs are uneducated, unexpected bills. Is also will disturb at check~out. Feeling Insulted
