OYO Kharghar

We felt very safe and welcome during our stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly around the clock :) Everyone of my family and friends felt welcome and had a good experience. Would definitely recommend when in Kharghar. Walking distance to the Central Park and Iskcon Temple is also very convenient.

Lovely place with clean and calm environment and is situated at a great Location. Fitness freaks can go for a walk in nearby lovely park. Good food is served as complementary breakfast. If we want to try others foods, lots of other restaurants are available nearby. Linens are maintained well. Really a wonderful place to stay for single and Family too.

The service is bad. They serve stale food and confidently admit to it saying that it is a part of complimentary food. The staff is arrogant. Won't even clean your rooms unless asked repeatedly after hours of waiting. On top of it, if you are in for a long stay and haven't extended your booking on time, you can be ready to get your luggage thrown out of the room.

The place is clean with basic amenities, nothing fancy. The OYO is actually 2 bungalows converted to a hotel. The room was smaller than what was posted in pictures. Since we were just staying for the night due to the rains we didn't mind it. The receptionist always seems to be in a foul mood though or doesn't know the etiquettes of being the first person a guest sees when they enter the hotel. He wasn't forthcoming, didn't smile, had to be asked things several times for them to be given to us. He did always help us, didn't refuse.

Not worth your money. The rooms are smaller as compared to other Oyo rooms. The geysers are inconvenient. Mosquito problem could be handled in a better way. Cleanliness is taken care of properly except there is no handwash provided. Otherwise staff is helpful and responds quickly.

Overall maintenance of hotel was good.. Services was also very good. But communication with staff at reception was very bad.. The way of dealing with guest was very bad.. . They were trying to make us realise that they have done favour on us by taking our booking. ... Such services is not expected from oyo..

Had the opportunity to visit the place to have a look on the room facility. The rooms are clean and well kept and average in size. It can accommodate two persons comfortably . Advise to visitors/ guests to book the room through OYO online as hotel charges more for direct booking comparing to OYO online booking.

Had to go to navi mumbai for office work so booked this on last minute. rooms were clean and maintained well. a decent oyo rooms facility with a good location. stayed here for just one night and the experience was pretty good.
