Townhouse 092 Hotel Ashray Residency

First of all, it’s not that aesthetic as it looks in picture. When we reached there, the receptionist assigned us the room without the key card. When I asked for the same, he said it’s not required. The lights and ac weren’t working, as we weren’t given the key card. So called at the reception and they sent a guy. There was not electric kettle, towels or chairs in the room. After asking for multiple times they provided with chairs and towels. No complimentary water bottles. Hotel charges 30₹ per bottle. The curtain from one side was broken. They said we cannot order food from outside and the food available in the hotel is expensive and doesn’t taste good. The staff said they won’t provide us plates and spoons if we order from outside. Many of the dishes were unavailable so we ordered from outside. If there’s no other option available you can choose this one, otherwise it’s not recommendable.

It's an average stay. Not bad but not great. Rooms are good. Staff is good, supportive . But, it's not worth price value. Food is average. Breakfast buffet is usual south indian & doesn't have much options or spread. Otherwise taste of Food is Ok. Prices are slightly on higher side. A little Hygiene issue. Their Wifi is very slow & doesn't have great network, your network may not be great & so TV also doesn't have channels, it's more like a show piece. So if u have long stay of > 3 days ,like me, prepare yourself to be highly bored after work & as theirs no entertainment !!!

It’s one of the best budget hotel to stay. I stayed for one day for just ₹800 rupees. To get high discount you need to book through OYO app or other hotel booking apps . Everything was nice about it be it cleanliness, staff awareness etc, all were good. It is close to the highway just 1 min of walk. Kopar Khairane station is just 1 km away. It’s couple friendly also as many OYO hotels are. This is OYO’s property which is like 3 star property.my experience was very good and I highly recommend it.

Pretty clean rooms. Great but slow staffs. Food was good enough, based on breakfast they provided. Looks like a new hotel. Rooms are really basic for the amount they charged No refrigerator or electric kettle if you want cold water or black coffee. One of the best at that location Doesn't have too much outside hotel Food options/Restaurants are nil. You wouldn't like to go outside the room as it's industrial area. You can smell chemical and see smokes & that can be irritating.

The stay was budget friendly but there were lot of problems with amenities. First room we got had a defective door lock. Second room we got had water dripping from the AC and there was no lock in washroom door. When you order food, you have to pay it then and there instead of during checkout.

Very very very Bad... We called asking for 2 rooms and when we went there they asked for IDs and the price was different than quoted initially. He asked for all peoples ID who were going to stay including family. We had no complain until we showed him our passport and he said he wouldn't allow The man at the counter who said "I am the manager". Manager did not accept Indian overseas card saying that we do not accept

Brand new hotel. Rooms are very good and and very comfortable. Staffs are well groomed and well manner. Food was also very good. But they lack of experience. Not clear about process. Think they need a proper training on hospitality. But over and all place is good for business travellers and for families. Just keep in mind, you will not find anything near the hotel. Just make sure you have everything you need with you.

Walkable distance from Kopar Khairane railway station. Over all, good location, average rooms for overnight stay, am not sure if we can stay a longer duration. Limited menu, focus on nonveg food, although veg is available, of course. Services persons are in shortage, although the available ones would perform the duty with smiles. It still misses the vibes to attract customer for repeat business owing no apparent reasons!
