Hotel Imperial Mumbai

Worst hotel in India, service is terrible, room was dirty at our arrival.We ordered the breakfast at 8am but we receive it in our room at 10am (very small option for breakfast). During check out we wanted to leave our luggage for the & they wanted to charge us for that. I highly not recommend this hotel.

Was Good but now the things are not good . No taste of food they follow , and limited items for VEGETARIANs , non veg items also feel Stale . Music is too loud . Ok ok for one time visit and pass Byers

Worst place to eat food, we ordered aloo Paratha and that aloo Paratha was so dry and tasteless, we told them the same but nobody did anything about it, we just took one bite and didn't have our food and paid the full bill, they didn't offer for a different dish or didn't even exchange the paratha, worst service, worst place

One of the worst Hotel I have come across. The Hotel interiors itself is poor. The ambience very poor. Service is horrible. Once order served, the steward will vanish. You require to send someone to call him. Only one steward in the entire hotel to take orders. This steward has no uniform. He wears a poor Tshirt. The boys serving on the table seem to be below 18 yrs. Their hotel named T shirts are also pathetic. They do not have much experience of serving. They do not follow the correct instructions of the customers, how much and whom to serve. Very poor and sad show. On the whole, a very poor hotel , where I would never like to visit again. More over I wouldn't recommend any one to visit here.

The worst experience ever. I went there on a working day by booking a Double Deluxe Room (2.7K/night) expecting to work remotely and have a good time but my experience was the total opposite. Booked this place which promised good wifi and a bath tub. However once I reached the place it was told to me that there are no rooms with a bath tub in the entire hotel, the WiFi was not working, no network on phone (Jio & Airtel). Couldn’t even use my mobile hotspot to work. You have to go outside in the lobby for any network reception. Also, multiple times power cut. I am not expecting any apologies from the hotel team and this review is purely for other people so they can avoid facing such a disastrous situation.

Very big hotel you will find in vasai with big rooms and a nice ambiance. Nice and clean washrooms and staff were very supportive and helpful they do room service self less Lee. You can order food here in the room from restaurants which taste amazing but it's a little expensive. Overall, we can stay here with family of friends with a day or two. Rooms Are available from 1800 to 2500.

Wonderful Stay as specially for bussiness traveller. Room is neat and clean. Room Service is excellent. Both receptionist are polite and helpful. Location is also good. Wifi connectivity is excellent. All most all TV channels are subscribed. This is great think. Great Stay.!

If ambience is only what matters then tables won’t be empty! Waiters are not aware of the menu ,I ordered a Singapore rice and was misguided by the waiter what he told us while placing order which was forgotten and delivered half hour late! Food quality is not As good as people talk about! Over priced and not worth for a second visit
