OYO 69852 De Classico Hotel

It's very horrible experience. We had booked a room yesterday night 9.30 pm for our driver . But when he reached hotel at 10 pm. they said no rooms available you have to wait for 1.30hrs . You people don't have any rights to harsah people at midnight. It's very poor service. And we had connected to oyo they are not attend properly. Hotel manger says oyo haven't check the availability before taking booking. We had made a video. Our booking id SH8J8802. It's very worst experience. Pls don't book.

Hated the whole stay experience. Hotel looks very shady and not fit for family. Late check-in by 5 hours, delayed food. No water no bathrooms. Very horrible experience. Staff were courteous but helpless because of the nature of their busines. OYO s customer service response was even more horrible than hotel experience. Will write a seperate review for it.

Seems this hotel is closed from past 3 months. We only got to know when we landed in the hotel. And they were still taking bookings and money also got debited. Please dnt book this hotel. Very bad experience..

One of the best hotel i had stay still date staff is very polite and big shoutout to staff who is on reception he is very kind, polite and helpful.always have decent smile on his face...i forgot my ring in the room and he called me return the ring big thank you for that boy....if i ever visited Mumbai again definitely stay in that hotel❤️

Please don't go to the hotel, totally opposite to what it looks in the photos and the whole building is not the hotel only one two floors, very small rooms and not even clean. I booked it only but left the room.in half an hour of my visit

Plz. Do not go here , completely different from what it shows in pic, Worst room,too small than normal size, One cannot even stretch or put legs beside beds, you cannot even put 2 suitcase in room, all the time bad smell of cigrates, very dirty, no natural lights, no windows, Not a family stay at all, even not for single too.
