From the first moment of our 2 night club room stay at The Taj Mahal Palace did not disappoint. The service from each member of staff was exemplary. The warmth shown to us at every moment was just fabulous. Afternoon tea at the Sea Lounge was an experience to remember. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the little touches such as the chefs coming around to chat to the guests makes the difference. |The architecture of the building is breathtaking.|A real bucket list hotel stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai. I arrived in the early morning hours after traveling for over 24 hours and was greeted warmly at the hotel and treated to a lovely room upgrade to the Spanish Suite. The room was fabulous with an amazing view of the Gateway to India and the sea. The staff were very attentive and gracious and I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at the hotel. I wish I had more time to explore the hotel.

The property has been a favourite since I was a child and it still remains close to my heart. The hotel has one of the greatest art collections a hotel could have and have captivated my attention ever since I’ve laid my eyes first on them. The warmth of the staff has made me and my family a huge loyalist to the property and is in the forefront of the brand fandom. We always make sure we stay here whenever we are in Mumbai.

visited the sea lounge in this property , which have good and polite staff and food quality is good too but its the ground staff which is rude and dumb too , as some of our family members were in washroom ,others were waiting at the hall near entrance , the staff was frequently asking if family members have come ? which was rude , seems they just care who are staying at the property if so then dont allow others instead of showing your poor manners .

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. Lobby is one of a kind. Staff hospitality was on show from the time we checked in. We were also given a free upgrade to the palace as a milestone was being celebrated. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made from the best of best quality. And have been imported from many different places around the world. The rooms are beautifully designed with the view of Gate way and the Sea. The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management. All the chefs are so good at what they prepare. Amazing and delicious food. Recreational facilities are very modern and Staff are on the ball when it comes to maintaining them. Excellent pool facility. Rooms are top notch and housekeeping is of a very high standard. Overall experience is wonderful 😊

Being one of the most famous hotels in India, needless to say, this is a magnificent hotel. You can spend lots of time just appreciating the architecture and the display in the building. What's even more impressive is the top-notch service. It's the little details that makes a big difference. Everything is taken care of. Staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The place is very beautiful that gives me thought that I should have come back here again. The people are very accommodating and the view is very relaxing. This place suits for refreshing and breathing for a while. It takes aways your anxiety and negative emotions.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.
