OYO Hotel A One Suite Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport

It is quite near from the airport. The room was ok. Staffs are good. The room was small and didn't have any ventilation. It seemed that a smell of cigarette smoke was always there in the air and entering the rooms whenever we entered the bathrooms or opened the door. I just sent 6-7 hours there at night. Hence, for me it was manageable.

Lovely place. Staffs are friendly and owner is very good. I have been here and received good hospitality. They have good range of food options witg Neat and clean room. All together I would give thumps up for this hotel and 100% recommend to other for peaceful outing.

Very bad experience. I booked room through booking.com and told them that I will arrive around 11 pm. When I arrived at 11.05 pm they said that they have no room and I should cancel the booking. This was my first time in Mumbai and I did not know where to go. This was like a traumatic experience. Please do not book room here.

The experience was good sweet cozy and comfortable rooms with good room service. The only con was that you have to pay everytime extra charge for your order as they get everything from outside. Better go have your food out, there are a plenty of restaurants nearby or just swiggy or zomato.

Very Horrible experience.Its a hotel come torture.Bad Smell in the room.Broken Ceiling. Green water spots in pillow as well as bedsheet. Hotel reception guy talking like as we are criminals.We reached at night 11:30 pm ,he was treating very badly,we had no option but to stay there.AC was leaking.Landline was damaged.We just moved out in morning. Shut your hotel.Oyo should remove it from chain,If oyo is really concern about its reputation.

This is a very nice hotel. The behavior of the staff here is very good. And the room here is also excellent.

Visited this hotel before, even the owner and staff were nice and cooperative looking forward to come here again!!! Yes your privacy is important for them.

This hotel was provided by me from Bravistay when I didn't got check in from earlier hotel. The owner omprakash is very good. He provided a good room along with Wifi connection. He was very hospitable.
