The staff at reception was rude. He was very arrogant in his approach. The pics in mmt is misguiding. I made a mistake by believing mmt. Mmt no more care about customers, they are interested in fake pics.mmt charged rs 5900/- , but I won't prefer to pay even 5 rs for this place. They ask for money for water bottle. !! The room was stinking , bathroom was equally bad. I checked in at late night and was left with no choice but I recommend never to book this. Location only is good. Rooms have bedbugs and you cant sleep properly.. Me and my wife had to consult dermatologist after staying here You will never feel like you are staying in hotel.. Its just like hostel and quite depressive feeling staying here STRICTLY AVOID

Me and my husband stayed there for one night. They charge for the water. During night my husband started getting itching. I got itching all over my body next day. We both had to visit the doctor. We found there were bed bugs which bitten us.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were tidy but rooms are small you don't have space to walk. I'm not saying you can't walk but it's hard. The worst thing of that hotel was they said if you are from Nepal you have to pay extra charges. I don't remember correctly but they charged us 2000INR more. Man if you have such kind of policy you should tell before online booking.

Nice toilets, best service and cooperative staff. Room size is small but sufficient for two person. Third person with extra bed has to adjust somehow. Good air conditioner, water and food service availability. Very convenient location to stay near Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. Room rent is OK OK. A little higher than expected. But considering location and purpose it's OK though.

It's good point ie that its only clean and hygiene. There's no tissue paper in hotel. There's no water in rooms. Water is chargable. Rooms are too small u don't have space to Walk. From your bed u will hqve to jump into washroom directly and door is basically in your mouth. With the view of your bed on u open the door. They are not allowing guests in rooms at all. Which make me give a rate of 0 to this

Good for the price. I expected little, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room and washroom were quite clean (okay, this isn't the Taj, and I didn't use a magnifying glass, so ymmv). The cleaning staff were very courteous, infact everyone was. The room is very small. Only sufficient for a bed and a small bedside table. Again, dont complain. You get what you paid for. There is an attached washroom, with running hot and cold water. It's good if you have work in South Mumbai and just need a place to wash, keep your stuff, and sleep. The place is very centrally located. Lots of taxis are available, city buses available nearby, and the train station is at walking distance. Mantralaya and all the bank offices, stock exchange, and big government offices are nearby. The pillows weren't very good, though the air-conditioning worked well enough. I didn't spot any bed bugs or cockroaches, though I looked forthem.. If you intend to stay better, there are many other options nearby for all budgets. If you don't mind roughing it out for a night, this just might be the place.
