I booked double share room, but I got single saver, the chair kept in room was broken, no shower gel provided. Light in the rooms were dim. I couldn't study the books and notes, as I had to revise the syllabus night before exams. Worst room I have ever experienced. No charger point near bed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, upon check-in, my wife was denied entry because her Aadhar card didn’t have my name, as it’s listed under her father’s. This was not only frustrating but also completely unnecessary, given that we had a confirmed booking. The room itself was far from what was advertised. It was cramped, barely a double room, with a single bed and dirty bedsheets. To make matters worse, there was not a single window, and the bathroom was small and unclean. The entire building reeked of smoke and alcohol, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the entrance was chaotic due to ongoing construction, making it difficult to access the property. The behavior of the staff, particularly the property owner and the reception clerk, was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t maintain any records of check-in or check-out times, and when we requested an early check-in at 11:15 AM, they were asking ₹800 for just 45 minutes. Despite having paid through OYO, they refused to refund us or allow OYO to process a refund. When we decided to check out just five minutes later due to these issues, the staff didn’t even bother to acknowledge us; we were told to leave the key at the reception without any further communication. We left the hotel in 5-10 mins after checki-in, as we were not feeling safe. It does not a family hotel. I also contacted OYO customer support, where I spoke with a representative named Amen. Her lack of support was disheartening; she kept placing me on hold and offered little more than apologies. The suggested resolution to revisit the same property for a “better room” was not only impractical but also concerning for the safety of my wife. Ultimately, I lost hope and booked another room through MMT, which was a much better experience. After several emails and discussions, OYO eventually agreed to refund my amount, but this entire ordeal was unacceptable. I am baffled as to how OYO continues to list this hotel, especially given the numerous negative reviews. It’s definitely not a place I would recommend for families or anyone seeking a pleasant stay. I urge OYO to reconsider their partnership with this establishment for the sake of their reputation and customer trust.

Bhot hi bekar chote rooms, bhot hi khrab experience, washroom v tuta sa. Raat me light v kaat dete taki electricity bache. Windows ni hai. Fully suffocated rooms. Servants are very rude. Bad service No cupboard /almirah in room Very small room not even able to walk in room Very small bed. 2 person can barely sleep with dirty bedsheets. Mat lena room. Only and only if nothing left or to stay for just night. You cant bare here in day time

Worst Stay. It's a very old building and the amenities are also very bad.The room is very small and congested.There is no lift till second floor.Bathroom is very old and tiles,washbasin are broken. There are no hangers, cupboard in our room atleast to keep things.I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Strictly not recomendable for families. Do Check the rooms first before booking, Do not try to book it online before cheking the rooms

Worst behavior with visitors . I was visited and stayed for 2 days in room number 208. Asked to vacate within 18 Hrs. ROOMS ARE NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY. Rooms are very small even 2 people cannot sit or walk in the room. No Lift facility and rooms are in 2 and 3rd floor. Think if you have big luggage bags as well. Also you won't get Brealfast or lunch or dinner near by as well. Their behavior will be good with localities only. Rooms are not cleaning on daily basis which includes washroom as well. No drinking water facility. It was my very bad experience entire 15 days of Maharashtra tour. KINDLY DON'T PLAN TO VISIT THIS HOTEL.
