This Hotel had a different setup, they don't let people stay who are based locally. So incase you are part of South Mumbai, they will not let you stay there. I am formally going to complain to Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment (CORE) Centre: which is supported by the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Pros: Peak location. Near to the railway station. Has good restaurants around it. Room is decent. Family can stay. Cost is decent Cons: Most of the rooms don’t have windows or balcony

Rooms are a decent stay for friends and family. The place was neat and clean. Only drawback is that the rooms had no windows.. hotel is very accessible from all the public transport. It is in the prime spot.

This hotel has several areas for improvement, including staff behavior and cleanliness. During my stay, I experienced poor customer service from the staff and felt that I was treated unfairly. Additionally, the hotel did not provide a working remote control for the air conditioning unit and the room was not up to standards in terms of cleanliness. They do not take online payment or have basic amenities in it. I would not recommend this hotel to others and suggest they look for alternative options.

This is very bad place for stay along food quality if we talk about rate so this is also high everybody can't manage. Atmosphere is not good along staff is helpless crude too so it seems to very bad. I will say don't go there. And they people hired some paid reviewer like S1003 GROUP RISING DIGITAL MARKETING. They take reviews from people and pay 50rs per review.

It turned out to be two times more expensive than I expected. You can’t control the AC, everything is behind a glass shield. Every time you need to turn the AC on or off you have to ask it at the reception. Laundry also turned out to be more expensive than they said before.

Very kind service. Located around many shops and about 15 minutes from nicer side of town. Not the best accommodations, although considerably well for a cheap Indian hotel. Don't trust the water! It has quite an odor to it.

It's about 15 mins walk from charni road station. The rooms are quite small with almost no ventilation. Some cleaning is required. Bit pricey but taking the locality in consideration it's good to stay for a couple of days. There are lots of shops near by.
