Hotel Sai Plaza

Even though the room is small, it was a comfortable stay. The toilet was clean and hygienic. There was a problem with the hot water tap in my room (room No. 203). Staff behaviour was good. Recommended for solo travelers and families for short stays and budget friendly.

The name of the room is quite confusing. In apps like Goibibo it is “Sai Plaza” whereas on google or reality, it is “Sai Guest house”. Room was too small for two people. No space to keep and open my suitcase. There was no ventilation or windows except an air conditioner. Bedsheets were quite dirty and not clean. Location was fantastic. Nice place to stay explore Mumbai city and food places around Chembur. Overall: Good, not great. Thanks.

Located near the marketplace, this hotel offers affordable rates and is perfect for solo travelers. Rooms are small and may not be ideal for families.

Good option for a day or two if you are in a city out of other options. Rooms are small but neat and tidy. Service is good. Parking sometimes can be an issue as it is in the main market road but it's the plus point of the property. Overall a good option.

I was here for my Govt job Document verification. Firstly the room allotted to me (since I was single occupancy) was a little small , although the facilities (AC,Tv,Towel,Geyser,Shower) everything was working. Bed sheet/Pillow /Blanket/ Washroom were very clean. As I ordered food from Swiggy, the caretaker helped me with plates and cutlery (w/o asking for it (sweet gesture)). Manager and staff all were very polite. Hotels address is very easily reachable and it’s just behind the bus stand. Only thing is , it’s Mumbai . One can’t expect a very large room with a decent price of 1.5-2k . Rest all is good though.

Recommended for cheap first night in Mumbai not far from the airport. It's a relatively poor neighborhood with local markets and temples around so you will immediately see what normal Mumbaikers live like. The hostel standards are excellent, in another location they would cost you much more. Note the room does not have a window, which is bad light- and air-wise but good noise-wise.
