OYO 390 Ghatkopar

The hotel is located in Chembur near Shopper's Stop. This location is central to Mumbai and you can reach any corner of Mumbai easily. It has a good air conditioned room with switches for all the bulbs located near bed. It has comfortable lighting, wifi, a hot shower with geyser controls inside the bathroom. I got an OYO kit. But their breaks fast is something of a joke. It is just 2 slices of bread with tea. On the last day I got 3 small idlis with chutney and sambar. However for the Room rent, I did not exect the break fast. If they had taken care of the breakfast, their rating would have been five.

Pathetic experience.. Disgusting, just because i reached the hotel 3hrs before the check in the hotel refuses to give me a room. And top of it the rigid behavior of the hotel staff . As per oyo if a customer reaches before checkin time he has to pay a nominal fare of Rs.500 extra and take the room.. here the hotel refuses to do that and asks for full day taffic, seriously Stupidity. No hospitality at all and top of it no help from Oyo. I donot recommed oyo to any of my friends.. plz book your rooms from makemytrip.com, agoda.com but never ever from oyo rooms.. very very disappointing service. The hotel staff says he can give room if i pay full tarrif. But not as per oyo which says rs.500 extra than the fare. That means the hotel has room but refuses to give it because its booked thru oyo.. so whats the use of taking oyo service. Mite as well book directly or thru makemytrip.com which never disappointed me...

Convenient place to stay if your purpose of visit are to foreign consulates like US . A taxi ride of 60 rupees away on uber or ola.|Breakfast complementary, room service okay.. All in all decent stay|McDonald's very near if you don't want to try street food.|Near to Mumbai airport|

The hotel manage does not provide the AC rooms and told that room is not available, you can cancel your booking. Only Non-AC room is there and its AC is defective. When i spoke to the customer care of oyo rooms then after one hour, he provide the AC rooms. ||But remote of AC and Telephone was not working, when i contacted to staff, we don't have any solution for this and you can cancel your booking, very pathetic attitude of manager and staff.

We stayed for only 1 night and chose this property for its location. It was perfectly located for our travel purpose, it was a decent stay but given the money we paid, it was a real catch!! Room was little small but decent, linen was clean and washroom was also clean. Over all a good experience. Only problem was to find the property!

First off the hotel sign outside is not called this. It is called something else (cant remember what but the sign is not OYO). So it is a nightmare to find. I arrived at 1AM and the taxi driver did not know where it was. When we called the number to ask for directions we were transferred to a general helpdesk for OYO hotels who obviously had no idea what to do.....We were lost driving around for over an hour until we found it.||||PROS||-Clean room||-Hot shower||-A/C working||-Close to airport (if you dont get lost) - around 15 min tops||-Very cheap||-They provide OYO brand soap and shower gel, towels||||CONS||-MASSIVE con - not having the right hotel name outside!||-Internet generally ok but slightly temporamental||-TV did not work in the room

Room was good with all the basic amenities provided well. Free breakfast was also provided as advertised. only complaint was that the hotel didn't have a lift, so it isn't perfectly suitable for aged people. Rest everything was good.

It's been a long time I've been visiting Mumbai but the stay in this hotel made our day we loved everything their food,their rooms ,their polite and helpful staff and the things they provided for free.it's just because of OYO we had had it Thanks OYO Rooms
