NillI had an incredible stay at The Bentley Hotel, located directly opposite the serene Marine Drive, and it's just beside the Wankhede Stadium. The hotel features three beautiful suites, and the view from them is simply mesmerizing. The entire staff is incredibly supportive and always eager to assist, with the front office and kitchen teams being particularly warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Situated on the third floor of a residential building, the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but they serve a delicious complimentary breakfast directly to your room, which adds a personalized touch. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards are top-notch. If you're looking for a comfortable stay near Churchgate or Marine Drive, I highly recommend The Bentley Hotel. You won’t be disappointed!

NillWorst Hotel I have ever stayed. They do not have inhouse kitchen. For cold drink, coffee or snacks, you have to order through Zomato or Swiggy. No dental kit or shaving kit. Person at reception was quite rude. Breakfast they ordered from nearby shop to serve. Horrible experience.

NillHotel is located on a prime area of mumbai Marin drive. Rooms are clean.price are high but if you want to stay on marin drive it will be worthy .

NillRates are at par with other Hotels but the services are not at par, toiletries are not provided, drinking water is not provided daily, if if u ask them for toiletries u get a NOT AVAILABLE answer, which is rude. Although the manager was quite generous in giving us, a family of 4, a very big room. Location is superb, just along the serene Marine drive.

NillThe room was thik-thak, but the service was worse. They didn't provide anything unless you asked for it upfront. The building was under construction, and parking was not available there. The security guard, the Bentley staff, the manager, all behaved the same way, without any politeness or enthusiasm. Instead of providing services, they just made excuses or unnecessary arguments. When I went there, I had to ask for everything, from room freshness to toiletry hygiene, and they only provided a few tissues when I asked for tissue paper, like, seriously? How can they be like this? When we checked into the hotel, as they didn't have their own restaurant, they only had a small kitchen that provided limited breakfast, that too only in the morning. I asked for every single necessary detail. Once, when I called the kitchen in the evening using the number provided on the telephone, they said, "Abhi nasta nahi milega, aap room mein menu card hai, us par call karke mangwa lijiye." While checking in, I asked the available manager about all this, and he said, "Ma'am, hamara restaurant nahi hai, aap room se manga sakte hain jo bhi aapko khana hai, wo complimentary hai." I said okay because I was feeling hungry. He should have been specific about everything, but he wasn't. In the morning, as the kitchen staff person informed me to order from the menu card and the manager's words also indicated that breakfast was complimentary, so I ordered my breakfast. THE MAIN CLIMAX IS HERE. When my breakfast arrived, the person brought the bill and said, "Ma'am, aap isko bhar dijiye." I said, "Arre, aap ise reception par hi de dete, room number bata ke, breakfast toh complimentary hai." He said, "Ma'am, wo log paisa nahi dete hain, aap hi ise de dijiye." I said okay and went to the reception desk. I handed over the bill to the manager, but he refused to pay it and said, "Itna bada bill, ise wapas leke jao, hum nahi payment karenge," which was only around rs1100. He returned it, my prepared breakfast was brought to my room, and the manager rejected it, saying he wouldn't pay the bill. So I said morning breakfast is complimentary, right, and why are you behaving like this? He said there might be some miscommunication; we have our restaurant that provides morning breakfast, and that is complimentary. You should call the number that is stuck on the telephone. As you all know, whoever is reading my review, I called in the evening, he should have specified everything clearly. Also, while checking in, the available manager needs to inform about every drawback they have. The morning manager made sure to return my breakfast and said to call the kitchen number. When I asked what food was available in the kitchen at that moment, he said Poha, Upma, sandwiches, some bread stuff, and omelet, all of which were very basic, and that's it. Note: 1) When I called the kitchen's number in the evening on the same day, they should have clarified that they only offer breakfast, and even that is limited in quantity, with no service available at other times of the day except morning. 2) During check-in, the manager failed to inform me that the menu available in the room was chargeable. 3) The manager's position seems to have frequent turnovers, and it appears they lack consistency in their approach or adherence to established policies. This is my experience with the hotel, staff, and their services.

NillPerfectly Located Gem with Great Value Hotel Bentley is nestled in the upscale area of Marine Drive in South Mumbai, boasting a prime location that's hard to beat. Booking through Agoda provided exceptional value for money during our stay. The rooms, especially the deluxe ones, are remarkably neat and spacious, offering a generous 211 square feet. The staff were delightful - friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, even facilitating an early check-in for one of our booked rooms. Situated on the residential property's 3rd floor, the deluxe rooms impressed us with their cleanliness and ample space. However, it's worth noting that standard rooms might be smaller in size, and the sea-facing suites offer only a partial view of the sea. The small society lift occasionally experienced hiccups, but the staff were readily available to assist with luggage, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Although the hotel lacks an in-house dining area, they make up for it with minimal yet efficient room service. We opted for their coffee and tea service, which met our expectations. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to Marine Drive and its adjacent restaurants and eateries is a standout feature. For a delightful experience, I highly recommend trying Pizza by the Bay for its fantastic view and delectable food.

NillFantastic little hotel. The outside looks a bit daunting but don't be put off, the 3rd floor of the building is the Hotel. Our rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There is no dining room or bar etc so not what I would call a hotel but I was in Mumbai. Staff were very helpful and the complementary breakfast of omelet and toast was delicious
