HOTEL PLATINUM RESIDENCY

1.Couple friendly clean room and bathroom . 2.Good service and cordial staff behaviour. 3.Mattress wasn't comfortable and low quality bedsheet. 4.Don't expect any view from the room but ample light through the window . 5.Locating the entrance of the hotel is bit difficult. Overall a good staying experience in the budget in Colaba.

Don't even think about going there if you are going there with your partner !!!!! this place was so creepy , and it didn't even looked safe for couples . just don't go there , i mean just don't , you will find better options or even if you don't have any other option still don't go there !!!!

Place is good for 2. Water pressure is very low and AC doesn't cool entire room. Location is good.

This is not at all a good place to stay if you're with your partner, family or kids. It's just taking advantage of it's location but inside it's the worst hotel I've visited till now in mumbai. Better to stay in Art Hotel , andheri east or you can find many other options in relatively cheaper price but with good interior and good staff.

No frills place providing accommodation at budget rates in an otherwise extremely expensive area of Mumbai. Only problem is that rooms are very small & water flow in taps are very slow. But, these are common problems in Mumbai. Anyways, one can book this hotel if they want to stay in South Mumbai or Colaba. About 5 kms from CST Station..

Very poor hospitality. Made us change our rooms in the middle of the night because of mistake from their side. Continuously kept calling us while we were sight seeing to come back and change our rooms.

Very useless and bad hotel but never mind. In particular, according to my experience in these 7 days, all the hotels in MMT are bad, only the good ones are shown in the photos. Zero rating
