Hotel Crawford Inn

Rooms were very good without any issues and all equipment was working fine. Although the Brake fast was complimentary but it wasn't a Buffet you will be charged if you ask for more other than the Bread Butter. The location was not that great so you could have difficulty finding the hotel because it's behind the other buildings.

Only location of hotel is good, Staff is not at all courteous. I will not stay here next time.

Filthy place. Pathetic service. There was no handwash near to their restaurant. When I asked them to arrange- they said- staff is not available and go to other floor to wash hands. They have only one option in breakfast also in small quantity.

There's no parking for the hotel. Paid parking available but at the rate of 800 till 12 in the Noon (next day). They try to scam you by charging extra money

Good hotel...staff is polite... opposite to commissioner office. On the left hand side there is a wine shop and right hand side..you get awesome food in "Civil restaurant". Overall nice place and location

The receptionist named Neelkamal did a wonderful job of harassing the guests. I requested for a food order to be delivered by my room at 5th floor at late night, but he refused to deliver himself or allow the delivery man. I said I would have come if this was during the day time but I was not feeling well and was too tired to come and he didn't understand the urgency of the situation and forced me to come all the way down to collect food. This is not hospitality. No matter what you display at your rule book. They bend the rules during the day by allowing food delivery at door step and when seriously needed by guest, the hospitality goes sideways. Not a good experience.

We didn't stayed there, because it's a scam by hotel and by Fab hotels also. The hotel pictures shown on internet by Fab hotels are totally different than the actual hotel condition. When we reached there it took us 15 mins to figure out that there is some hotel in that building, when we asked reception to show the rooms they were pathetic, carpets are torned out, very bad smell was all over, bathrooms were stinking.... We couldn't stay there for 15 mins... We found ourselves cheated by Fab hotels by charging around 4500 / night for this so called hotel ( Even cheap lodges are far better and hygienic)... After when we called Fab hotels for cancellation and refund they are not ready to listen anything and supports hotel. Strange how Fab hotel is managing this type of business with these kind of hotels at this high price range.....Shame on Fab hotels
