Palm Springs Beach Resort - Gorai

Basic rooms dirty bed sheets and blankets and cockroaches can be spotted easily. The place would have been nice when it opened but now the upkeep and maintenance is not upto the mark and the management should invest more on cleanliness.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is impeccable, host Vanssa Desouza is really sweet and helpful. Resort has a great location as beach is a minute away. Overall excellent place to enjoy or to spend a day.

Our stay at palm resort was not very nice i would say. We got room on 1st floor 210 in which bedsheet n bedspread was dirty, washroom was not cleaned. Requested for a room change and we then got room no 207, which was ok ok it had ants , when we requested for housekeeping staff to clean the rooms she only mopped the entrance part of the room. Ants where running here n there 1st day went behind ants only. It was irritating. Reception number given was never answered, whenever answered the call never got a proper response. Everytime we had to go down n tell the menu for our meals. On 27th July 24 - we had ordered breakfast at 9.30am after 2 reminders we got finally at 10.50am very slow service. When asked reason for delay they mentioned they were busy in making complimentary Breakfast. Dental kit was not provided. Overall stay was disappointed.

Really Liked The Overall Environment and Ambience of the place. I would highly recommend to explore this place as the price is very reasonable and you get quality service. Staff is very polite and friendly especially the staff manager Vanessa was very kind to us.

We were a large family group of 14 adults and 4 kids. Very clean rooms with all amenities working well like AC etc. The building is renovated 6 months ago and so in very good condition. Staff is exceptionally good and has gone out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The outdoor restaurant has been designed well and the fish served was fresh. The beach is a 2 min walk. They also prepare East Indian cuisine on request in advance.

Lovely cozy place for a restful weekend holiday. Staff were humble,kind,thoughtful and accommodating to the needs of all the room guests's especially Mrs.Venessa. The rooms are just right in size decor and clean. The surround and pool is also simple and clean. Food served was also fresh & tasty. The beach is also very close ...a three minute walk ....then a lot of sporting activities to keep you entertained. Cheers!
