Well quality of the room with pricing is fine . House keeping staff is good , but the worst part comes once you are checking out . They will ask you to pay CASH for all room services you availed ... anyways you'll only get tea. If you are not paying cash they will not allow you to move out they will fight and threaten you. Take you chance !!

Welcome hotel is a good budget hotel near CSTM Mumbai, rooms are good, service is also Impressive. It is near to fort so there are so many restaurant nearby so u can enjoy ur food outside also if you are staying here, Railway station here on 5 min walk so good a option for the frequent travellers.

The hotel needs to train their staff. They are so rude. I felt like it was some punishment camp not a hotel. The worst experience ever I had in my life
