Rating: ★★★☆☆ The hotel is “okay” for a short stay in Mumbai. The location is central but very busy (within the market area). The facilities are quite basic. The rooms were relatively clean, but some areas could use better maintenance. Staff was mostly polite but not very proactive. Overall, it’s fine if you’re on a budget and don’t plan to spend much time indoors. Wifi: Not working at all Breakfast: Very Basic Payment: Only Cash

One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel is in a crowded and filthy area but the price of the rooms is too high. The whole area along with hotel rooms are filled with huge rats. Our food items and backpack was damaged by the rats. Inspite of multiple complaints, hotel staff took no action and assured us with false hope that rats have been captured. We could not sleep entire night as rat entered into fall ceiling making house noises. The breakfast is very worse. Do not attempt to eat it unless you want to fall sick. The bedsheets are very dirty. AC was leaking. I urge not to fall for fake reviews and book this hotel like we did.

The hotel is located in a very busy area, which isn’t a problem in the morning when leaving, but in the evening, taxis can’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel, so you have to walk back. The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly, which adds to the poor experience. Breakfast was very basic, served cold, and lacked variety. The noise at night is unbearable, with sounds from trains nearby, banging doors, and other loud disturbances. Even with earplugs, it’s very hard to sleep, and the staff did nothing to address the noise issues. We booked a deluxe room, but it was much smaller than shown in the website photos and didn’t match the description. I would not recommend staying here.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The location is terrible, in a super crowded commercial area. Getting a taxi is almost impossible, and when they do come, they charge you four times the normal price because the hotel is so hard to reach. The staff was rude and didn’t know how to handle guests. They really need training in customer service. We booked a room for three people, but they forced us to take another room and pay extra for the third person, even though our booking was supposed to cover it. The "free" breakfast was a joke—a butter and jam sandwich as complementary breakfast. If you’re traveling with family or want a good experience, stay far away from this hotel. It’s not worth the money or the hassle!

This hotel is a fraud! We visited last month. Had booked rooms with 'Pay at Hotel' option and called them to confirm room availability a day before. After confirming over call, they denied checkin as it was not prepaid. Instead they shifted us to another hotel in the same building and charged double for the same room type. Had to agree as my elderly parents and I could not afford the hassle to find another hotel. Also the staffs seemed same altogether. They did not accept cards as payment and demanded cash! Ultimately agreed to receive payment on personal upi. The room condition was nice which is the only pro. Service, staff behaviour, amenities, etc. are all zero. We have even seen a few other guests leave due to the same issue over the next 2 days of our stay! It should be delisted from Agoda!

Honest review!!!! Firstly the location is not all good ,Secondly the rooms are infested with mice ...they keep on going up and down the curtains and even there are mice under the pillow ...our room has 5 mice which destroyed all our food and when you ask the staff for help they make fun of the people asking for help as if it's not a big deal for rat bites .Not only that the manager keeps on telling us to be quiet so that the truth regarding his hotel doesn't come out and the reputation isn't ruined but truth is truth .

This hotel is also known as Grace hotel For me the location was very inconvenient taxis are very very hard to get or come to that location if they come ,they will charge you 4 times the regular meter price. It's in a very very crowded commercial location. The rooms were good The hotel was clean but the staff was unprofessional. They need good training for customer service. Not good for the family.

Hotel room wasn't very clean, the staff were helpful, but they were very loud in the corridor until late at night. The hotel is right by a train station - good for connection but so noisy all through the night. The hotel is also located on a very busy road, the traffic is a nightmare and horns blare all through the night. Taxi drivers do not like going there so will charge you a premium because it's so congested.
