Hotel Rose Inn

This is my experience after staying here for 2 days. They didn't give me a towel. The room is very small. A bad smell in the room made me very uncomfortable. What disappointed me the most was the AC.I booked an AC room and was unable to use the AC as water was leaking from the AC when I switched it on. I informed the hotel authorities but there was no response from them. Saki Naka metro station is just a walking distance from here.Ghatkopar metro station can be reached within 5 minutes from Saki Naka metro station.Ghatkopar metro station and railway station are nearby.From Ghatkopar railway station you can travel to most places in Mumbai by local train.

Pls checked room first before making any payment I make the payment but the room is not worthy at all and I even didn't stay there . the hotel location is in very very conjusted place u didn't even park ur vehicle and most importantly all over the place there is a very pungent smell. My worst experienced ever. They didn't even return a single penny.

Worst experience ever!! I made arrangements for my guests but the receptionist is not allowing us to meet our guests, we have requested the staff to connect to their room so at least we can meet them outside but the receptionist didn't allow us saying it's private hotel policy. The receptionist's behavior was very rude and was forcing us to leave the premises. Requesting all thinking to book a hotel, please search elsewhere and save your money.

The hotel room was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a musty odor that permeated the entire space. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. The sheets appeared unwashed, and I found several stains on them. The bathroom was filthy, with mold growing in the corners and a leaky faucet that kept me up all night. To top it all off, the air conditioning was broken, leaving the room unbearably hot. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone; it was a thoroughly disappointing and unpleasant experience.Very small rooms .

Pathetic experience, staff as well as the owner has rude behaviour towards customer, they have no decency to talk, Rooms are super congested, if you are clusterphobic , you may not spend an hour in the hotel,Rooms stinks very bad, we have to call the guys to room spray twice, still it was real bad. If you call anything from Room service, Stay will not give you bills and they will charge extra for everything and will take money from you in their personal gpay/UPI number, If you counter them for bills they will be like bill nahi milta hai yaha pe. A decent family/Individual will not be able to stay there for an hour, It's that bad.

Very Horrible experience, hotel staff is very Rude and arrogant and not well educated and professional how to treat the customer, For them "Customer is not a God", they use typical local language and abuse too the customer and if you realise there mistake. if you argue with them, they scared customer by calling local people or cops.. Beware they are fraud and hotel is run by typical uneducated and illiterate people so will recommend not to stay at this hotel.

Terrible. Area around is very unsafe and the rooms were dirty. The hotel management was very rude and acting like goons. They got a guest for more money so asked us to leave for the second day despite payment being already made for 2 days. Didn't honored their commitment. Better to avoid this place.
