To Costly Hotel But Room is small And washroom is ok Must Clean Washroom properly Rate should Not These Much It's Not worth

It's one of the worst hotels in that area. The room is highly infested by cockroaches. The guy at the reception will talk to you as if he is least interested. There are no lifts. The TV doesn't work properly. They even cut out the Wi-Fi just hours before we were about to leave. Bathrooms are dirty, nothing is maintained. The bedsheets had stain of food which they try to hide by covering it with blanket. Place like Mumbai doesn't deserve this kind of service. It was a nightmare staying there. Please think twice before booking your stay at Hotel Apsara. It's a total waste of money.

Most horrible hotel you ever come across on agoda. So pathetic, it's one shanty space trying to make money by giving space to stay. They have such bizzare rules and the place sticks like rubbish. Don't be trapped like us plz review the hotels before booking.

You have to climb the third floor to reach the room. The room was very small, and was completely occupied only by bed. Definitely not worth for money. The outside scene was very horrifying as there was garbage area down and there were lots of vultures flying in the sky, so we preferred to keep curtains closed. Leftovers of Non-veg was kept outside the room on second floor which can easily disturb your mood. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and equipments were working.

Hotel is not nice with family. But good with friends when budget is low. I found many cockroaches in rooms under mattress and almara.

Worst hotel i have seen in my whole trip..... one man attend reception he is very rude he don't have any sense how talk to with a family couple.....and the rooms r very very small washroom also locks r not working properly

I was here for one day. The staff was very arrogant. I would never recommend this hotel anyone to stay. You may find cockroach in room. Also, the AC was broken and toilet wasn't even working properly and when I asked them to fix it or else give me the another room, they refused to do that

Best budget hotel in the heart of Mumbai with ease of commutation to various tourist attraction. The location allows one to explore various street food variety. The attraction nearby hotel is also very good we reach these places during aur evening stroll. Also enjoyed Mumbai night life as the hotel's location was easily accessible due to being near to main road. Much recommended to anyone who is reading this.
