Hotel Gemini

One of the worst hotel in the world. I stayed there along with family for 6 nights and they charged me more than a 5 star hotel. The room was small to accomplish 4 people with a narrow bathroom. Staff is like beggars as they earn money from guests. If the guest needs food they bring half but charge full. Breakfast was so bad as you will vomit if you have it. The manager is just like an illiterate and is not aware about the basic etiquettes of Hospitality. At the time of checkout the begging staff took my bag to the cab and asked for money from me and took 200. The facility should be closed by Govt as it has no facility at all. I suggest everyone travelling to Mumbai not to stay In Hotel Gemini in Grant Road near Pakeeza Market. There are some best hotels like Hotel Elite etv which offer better accomodation that Gemini. Gemini is like sucking.

They are froud . They list rooms in less price. When you go to hotel they will deny check in . They will tell you due to technical issue you book room in this amount. They will ask 3-4k again for the same room. This happened to me. Make my trip is also not helping for online payment.

On this price comparing to other hotel; this is the place you can stay in a reasonable price. From out side looks like old hotel but inside its built in a decent manner. Those who looking for a short stay with the minimal luggage they can choose this hotel. Hygiene 4/5 Location 5/5 Rooms 5/5 - at this price Service 4/5 - Manager were not a professional to manage his customer and staff Only one negative is unlike other hotel check out time 10:00 am. Keep in your mind to do Chek out on time. Or else manager will put you in trouble. Almost, all the other hotel check out time is 12:00. So, keep it your mind to avoid complications. They do not have facilities to keep your luggage. So that, you can't keep your luggage when you move outside temporarily after check out. Owner was very polite and receptive. He may be taking corrective measures to solve this negative point.

I have booked hotel though goibobo, but from hotel side they are asking for extra 1000rs and saying that your booking is not confirmed and if you want room then pay extra 1000rs, so please confirm before you book otherwise you will west your time and money

Very bad experience please do not come here they are playing with your money and cheated you. They fix at booking time diffrent price and after checkout time said diffrent price they fooled you.please warn you did not come here aware you.

The room was good. The manager/ owner who manned the desk in the afternoon was not very pleasant. Not a smile on the face. Very stern in conversation. Come on. You are in the business of hospitality. Does it hurt to be nice to your guests???? I think not. Anyway, we just stayed for a night. Other than the invisible hospitality, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent Hotel for Bangladeshi. I like very much Mr. Sofruddin, man from Assam. Assistant manager of the hotel. Very good services at all over.
