Good service and neatly maintained . Comparing to the population and rushness in Dadar the rooms are provided at reasonable rates. Better to book before arrival as rooms might be occupied.

Rooms are spacious and starts at price of rupees 1500 for single person. For attached toilet - bathroom and ac you have to pay extra respectively. It has budget friendly dormitory at 500, which is cheap. They have rooms available for group of 5 persons also. Family can have stays here. Dadar local railway station is at walking distance.

When I entered I felt like a hostel ( remembering my hostel days ). I stayed for about 6-7 hours and they charged me ₹500, I think it is reasonable (but one day they charged ₹600/person). I give a 5* rating for security.
