OYO Hotel Golden Nest Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport

Please don't waste your money, rooms are very small, cockroaches and rats in pop, very poor sanitation. Third class service, they used to give used bedsheet, pillow cover , blanket. I have booked through OYO , OYO platform is encouraging such thirdclass hotels with 4.1 rating. Even Oyo is third class.

If the word worst defines something then definitely it is this hotel. Lack of cleanliness, cockroaches all around, bed bugs, Fouled taps, shower heads, and mostly the behaviour importantly the hotel staffs.. disgusted . God knows how this hotel got 4 ratings on OYO.

Moldy walls and cockroaches everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. And the guy at the reception was extremely rude when confronted.

Worst place to stay!!! First of all,the photos shown on OYO are totally not the true ones. A pile of garbage and a large dustbin and very poorly managed hotel No cleanliness in rooms, smelly rooms. Bedsheets and pillow covers smell AC kept turning off and had to ask them to turn it on 4 times, remote is useless Washroom taps leaking and broken. No room service, No telecom. Even didn't give me number for help Or room service. TV is useless too . Rats on the fiber roof kept making noises won't let me sleep, coackroaches present Shabby rooms. Dirty sheets and blankets. When I checked in, I paid online in advance, yet after a day I was asked for payment and another guy came to disturb me asking when you are checking out like as if he is completely oblivious to my booking. No co-ordination among them. Very unwelcoming feeling. No towels or toiletries provided. Google says breakfast is provided but it's not. Not worthy spending a penny on this hotel My suggestion is never pay online in advance may you don't like the hotel, you can leave.

Very Bad experience ⛔️ Ac & tv doesn't have Remote, ⛔️Rats we fighting and making noise all night n day, ⛔️ Bathroom doesn't have Lock it's open ⛔️Toilet seat is Broken ⛔️to use bucket water to Flush XNo soap and Shampoo was provided Bead sheet, Pillow Cover & Towels wer not super clean ⛔️ Cockroachs are showing on floor ⛔️ Staffs making Making Noise and Disturbing

We reached the property late at 12:00 am and requested the manger that we stay till late and he agreed. In the morning the manager changed and literally forced us to leave at 11:00 am and troubled us by cutting our electricity Rooms are not good and the staff is Rude and Non friendly The bedsheets are worn out (literally yellow), the AC didn’t work but then they shifted us to other room I wish I should have spent some extra money and stayed at a better place
