NillGuys …….this is genuine review from me The Location is so bad ,it’s in a chawl. Rooms are very small and they are taking 1.5k for that . Room is not cleaned and staff behaviour is also not friendly… The room boy asked us for extra cash as room service charges …. After giving us a towel and soap 😂. Trust me guys it’s just a worst hotel ever !

NillThe person at the reception asked me to show the booking in mobile. After few minutes he cancelled my booking from my phone and said the new price. I said, that i already made a partial. He said that it will come back. But i know the policy and it won't comeback. After talking to him for so long, they reduced my partial amount from the quote which he said. Also the room is not clean at all, i could see 2 to 3 worms in bed and cuboards. Pathetic experience. They are doing like when you checkin, so that you won't have any choice. And if you want with GST bill, he demands extra 400rs, for the one they are paying, we have to give. OYO it's your responsibility to take care of such things as we came with trusting your brand value

NillWorst Place. Don't even think to go here. I payed around Rs. 1000 from OYO app and went here. Rooms are quite small, the curtain rod was broken and curtains were hanging. I had to leave in early morning, when I woke up at 6.45, there was no water. I called them to ask they said no water and told to wait for 30 minutes. I waited and called after 40 minutes again and the owner was arrogant and when I told him that I will complain about him, he told wait for sometime..I recieved a call thereafter telling me to go to some other vacant room on another floor to get fresh and have bath. It was horrible.. Literally,, don't even visit this place.

NillThe room is ok. Bad hospitality by the front desk people and doesn’t know how to treat the customer. Asks for extra amount if you book previously through oyo or online platforms. No breakfast is provided. No keys for the room also and says various reasons. The rooms are not so great except for the one’s in ground floor.

NillYou will end up emptying your pockets and wasting your money for wosrt service, worst room and wosrt food. Never ever book it. They demand very high price for their room which does not qualifies for the amount of more than 1k. If they are providing you room for 2 guest below 1k then it is OKAY( just okay not good). Rooms are small. Outside food not allowed and the food which they provide is very costly and is not hygienic.Staff behaviour is also not good. Kindly think twice before booking this hotel.

NillThe hotel guys asked us for an extra 1000rs. After telling him that we already pre booked on bookings and paid half why extra? He said sorry our rates are changed. HE DENIED US CHECK IN AND WAS THE MOST RUDE PERSON EVER. He asked us to contact OYO and OYO didn’t help and asked to call bookings who didn’t do any good. Infact the Guys at the hotel lied to them saying we didn’t ask them extra money. After hours of calls and waiting we decided to pay an extra ₹1000 as we didn’t want to go with our luggage and Find another hotel as they weren’t refunding our money too. Hence We were forced to pay that ₹1000 and stay. And you know the worst part? We were accommodated in another Hotel.They put us at the worst OYO WEST INN it was so so unhygienic and dirty. There were cig buds and Cobb webs. There were open drainage and cockroaches. The beds were stained and hair everywhere. The keys didn’t work and the people were so rude. After booking 3 rooms they wanted to accommodate us in a triple room. Hotel ASCOT AND WEST INN is the worst worst worst. Worst experience ever!

NillWorst hotel stay so far the rooms are so small. The condition of bathroom is even worse it's so small that it only allows you to stand still you cannot even move in it. They didn't even give you bowls with food not even after asking for bowl they simply deny. The TV of my room was not working after complaining the staff didn't do anything and said maybe there's some other problem. There's no ceiling fan in the room because the height of the room is so less. There's only one pedestal fan at the side wall. The stay was very uncomfortable.

NillThe rooms were way too small and they were dirty as well. Room and linen had an unpleasant smell. I booked the room through Oyo but oyo toiletries were not provided and not even hotel's toiletries were provided. Ac would stop working on its own in every 5 min so booking an AC room was useless for me. Tv wasn't working. And there was no dustbin neither in the room nor in the washroom.
