HOTEL SUN CITY MUMBAI

I recently stayed in a room at HOTEL SUN CITY in Mumbai, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The overall comfort of the room was poor, earning just a 1-star rating. The cleanliness was also lacking, resulting in a 2-star rating. The room did have basic amenities like a TV and Wi-Fi, but these were not enough to offset the other issues. The decor and style of the room were subpar, with a particularly unpleasant entrance area that was very poorly maintained. The view from the room was also disappointing, deserving a 1-star rating. Overall, the value for the price paid was not justifiable, and I would not recommend this room to others. My experience at HOTEL SUN CITY was far from satisfactory.

Extremely bad experience ever. Found bed bugs and cockroaches. I complaint but they said rooms not available which is completely lie. After forced they offered exchange room but that room have same situation. Just check attached photos of AC, pillow and bed.

Beyond pathetic. Cockroaches in the room everywhere, Sorry pillow, no ventilation, extremely small rooms feels like jail. No basic amenities like iron, wifi etc...

Very peaceful environment, Staffs are very plotite and supportive. I enjoyed my stay wit Sun City, don't think guys just booked ❤

Dont go !!! Only good thing was the location.... otherwise it was horrible. Cocroaches, 4/4 people got serious rash, towels and sheets were dirty, AC not working, noise pollution from the street was enormous. Do NOT Go.

A most disappointing experience. I should like to write about the tackiness of the place, but it would take pages and pages. I include photographs to show the entry and some (tacky) conditions of the room. In my defense, I can only say that I booked the room as the web portal I booked through described it as a 'beachfront' property - ironical, as the beach was not to be seen for kms together!

Absolutely do not book here unless you have no other option. They told us 4 hours before we were due to arrive that they wouldn't honour our booking. They didn't even call us to inform us, they told us when we called to confirm. The manager was less than civil as if it was our fault, and quite rudely told us that they'd been having problems with Agoda; he asked us to raise it with them. Additionally, he had the audacity to ask us not to tell Agoda he refused the booking, and tell them we didn't like our room instead; because apparently otherwise we wouldn't get a full refund. (Lies, obviously). Then he simply hung up on us. We raised it with Agoda, who checked with the hotel and was told bookings were not being honoured because the hotel was under renovation. (Which is funny because we made our booking in December, and the latest review is a week old.) While we did get our refund in full after a lot of back and forth, I wouldn't recommend anyone to book here because of the sheer lack of helpfulness. Simply cannot rely on these people.
