Worst hotel visited so far ... receptionist is lier n scammer..i booked a room 3 days earlier for 2500rs/day..after traveling for 17 long hours visited the hotel he said i will charge 3100rs nd i dont know with whom you talked before on call..3100rs is fix..i told him i have call rec saved in my phn he just ignored me and denied any conversation.. And hotels condition is pathetic..have a look at photos i have uploaded broken tiles everywhere.. unhygienic area.. 3100rs for this hotel is not worthy

I personally will not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting mumbai.. Pathetic room service.. arrogant staffs and receptionist.. unhygienic rooms..rats all around.. cracked tiles..damp walls..very small washroom..and they charge 3000/- for an AC room for two🤣..One and only plus point of this hotel is the location very close to main road and so many restaurants nearby..save your hard earned money and try to search some other hotels,there are many more better options available..

Such a pethetic hotel, they will ask the amount as if they are offering a three star property and when you will see the rooms, they are worse like an old lodge. The washrooms are like "Oh my God", very small and dirty. If atol you will open the tap, worms will come along with the water in the bucket. We made a complaint to the staff, they said " Malik ko malum hai, Pani ka tanki Ganda hai, Malik saf nahi karata to isme hum kya kare" Rooms are full of baby cockroaches. Don't be scared if you are sleeping and you find something is moving on your face, they are their cockroach pets. They don't do pest control at all. We stayed for two hours and those two hours were the worst of my life. The staff is not AT full support and always ready to argue, and ready with the baseless answers. These people are a big black spot in the name of Bismillah. If you are traveling to Mumbai and want to ruin your trip then go for this hotel. Because of this type of people the whole Muslim community is getting infamous. These people just want money. Recommendation: if you want to stay in this area, go for hotel kalpana, one kilometre from this hotel and the rooms and ambiance are far better than this hotel and with the same price

Very bad service no staff for service food is very low quality There is no jeera rice and no tandoori roti how kind of hotel is this Faltu ka i wasted my 500 Weast of money
