My stay at The Fern Residency was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well-kept, and the overall ambience is warm and welcoming. The hotel feels safe and secure – especially reassuring for women travellers.|The housekeeping team did a great job in maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. There was a wide variety of food offered during breakfast and the dinner buffet, catering to different tastes and preferences.|A special thanks to Mr. Nitin Dalvi (DGM) for his support in helping with room availability and ensuring everything was well taken care of. The staff at the reception counter were polite, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries.|Overall, a great experience marked by good hospitality, comfort, and care. Highly recommended!

We went as a college group of 150 students to Fern Residency,Mymbai, and I had a very good experience. The staff were extremely polite. Despite the challenges of handling such a large group, they managed everything with a smile. The service was excellent, and both the housekeeping and room service were neat and efficient. We had breakfast and dinner for two days, and the food was delicious. The buffet was well-organized, easy to access, and very tasty. They even gave us a warm send-off with smiles all around

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of options. Perfect location just a short walk to the main attractions. Highly recommend!

As someone visiting Mumbai for a short work trip, I stayed at The Fern Residency in Chembur and found it to be a solid, well-rounded option for business and casual travelers alike. It’s tucked away in a quieter part of the city, which is a relief considering Mumbai’s usual chaos, but still well-connected to most parts of the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities—comfortable bed, clean linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a decent work desk. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it does the basics really well, which is what I needed. Housekeeping was prompt and didn’t require any reminders. One of the pleasant surprises was the food. Their in-house restaurant served a good mix of Indian and continental dishes. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet—fresh, with good variety and attentive service. There are also a few restaurants and cafés within walking distance if you want to explore a bit. The gym is small but functional, and while I didn’t use the business center, it looked well-equipped. The only minor downside was the view from the room—not much to look at—but that’s not unusual for city hotels. Overall, The Fern Residency offers good value for money, with clean rooms, courteous staff, and a calm location. For anyone visiting Mumbai and looking to stay in the Chembur area, it’s a dependable and comfortable choice.

Nice and cozy hotel just the opposite of the main gate of The Acres Club. I actually liked this hotel very much, considering the value it proposes with good large, clean rooms with all amenities, good food and liquor at its resturant, good housekeeping and F & B. What else you require from a budget hotel like this Location: Prominent location in Chembur. Though far from the Airport, but as you know, Mumbai being Mumbai, famous for its distance!!! Ambience: lovely and lively. Cozy small hotel with nice american vibe Rooms: Really large, clean, with all amenities. They are proper in terms of giving a shoe-mitt, or a soft fluffy slippers! One suggestion, please change to Sleepy owl or any coffee sachet from Nescafe! Housekeeping: Super clean rooms. Extra points on cleanliness and responsiveness Restaurant: Super!!! Small but cozy sofas, east facing (winter you visit here, it's cozy with sunlight for your breakfast. But hey, does Mumbai has a winter even!). They offer beer and sometimes it you are lucky, 2 for a price of 1.

We had organised a party at front yard kitchen. The starters were tasty and awesome. The buffet lunch was very good. We were well taken care by Poonam, Kritik and Shishir . The food by chef Deepak was superb. The also offered a surprise cake for the birthday party

This was a perfect place of stay in Mumbai for us, well connected from every side. Room was good, spacious, Food was awesome, ambience good (restaurant at ground floor needs to be bigger), child friendly, courteous helpful staff and they do understand what's required and they deliver on it. Special Mention: Thanks to Chef Rana, he knows what the customers are looking for.
