Super OYO Hotel Palace Inn Near Don Bosco (Borivali) Metro Station

Dirty and most useless place to stay. Inside and outside the hotel full of dirt. Oyo and booking.com must be mindful when promoting such hotels on your websites. Shame on you guys.

I booked a hotel in Oyo and paid for it and i arrived at the hotel they said they had to cancel the booking cause of all rooms were full they didn't even sent the notification. so my experience was worthless with oyo rooms abd this hotel owner .

Horrible rooms, all rooms had damp due to which it smelled badly and also some odd temperature was felt, I just got out of the hotel and shifted to another one...more surprising this hotel is managed by Oyo itself...still such quality.

Horrible experience, I booked this property after seeing pics on MMT. Rooms were very dirty, I don’t know why ppl are cheating. I Will prefer to stay in dormitory instead booking here. They charged me RS 2200 through MMT. A BIG NO for this hotel booking.

It's not a hotel. It's a haunted house. Unprofessional and bad mouth staff. Holes in sofas Lift not working Open MCB box Open switches Hole in bed / mattress Bathroom window broken Bathroom mirror broken All above points can be seen in the uploaded photos. Room was stinking with cigarette smoke. Some staff member used the room to smoke just before the check-in and no ventilation in the room. Had to suffocate during the entire stay. In totality, i just don't understand how these type of places survive. Zero star for Oyo too for having such places on thier portal.

Linens were not clean, no windows which makes an already small room extremely stuffy. Room where i stayed did not have a functioning air conditioner informed the reception about it and somebody comes up checks the AC and says it will take 10-20 for the cooling effect to set in. What a joke! No cooling for whole 45 mins and I gave up and switched the fan on.
