Adlon International Hotel

The room service here is good and the staff behaviour is very good but there are no facilities in the room like the TV is not working and the washroom is not good.

We stayed there with my team on May 22 to May 23, 2023, and it was the most unpleasant experience we ever had. First of all, the room we booked was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait for long in the lobby. Then, when we finally got to our room, we found it dirty and smelly. The sheets were stained, the towels were damp, and the bathroom was filthy. Secondly, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They ignored our complaints and requests, and they treated us with disrespect. Wi-Fi was not working and they forcefully subscribed their YouTube channel to provide Wi-Fi Password. Thirdly, the amenities were disappointing. We had no choice but to eat outside, which added to our expenses and inconvenience. We are very unhappy with our stay at your hotel, and we feel that we deserve a full refund. We have attached some photos of the hotel which we taken just before checkout to show you the poor condition of your property.

I stayed recently for 4 days and I must say that the staffs are friendly and accomodating… The location is accessible to PuB, cinema and malls which made it easier for me as a tourist to stroll around the area and not get lost. Also, i noticed that they are improving their facility in terms of renovation and services. The price is reasonable for my stay.

Hated the the rooms. Very untidy. No mobile signal. Very poor room service. There is no phone in my room to call the reception. Worst of all hotels I have ever been to.

Worst place. No hygiene. No proper management. Seems to be red light areas. Lot of women moving in the night. Never book this hotel. In the advertisement,they claimed 3 Star hotels, but not even worth for RS.500. Breakfast of bread & Omlet they are charging Rs.600. Never ever book this Hotel and it would be better stay at platform ,rather than staying at this Hotel..
