New property with good quality adequate resources/utility. Well designed. Staff is courteous and eager to assist still don't overdo their act of serving you. For the given deal of Rs. 1977/- for one night single occupancy it definitely is worth however much cheaper options (with possibly compromised services ) can be seen im immediate vicinity.

Well, it was a good and comfortable experience. Complimentary breakfast was great (2 stars for that) and the reception was great too. But when you decide to stay in a Townhouse you expect a lot from it. Well anyone would while paying more than a usual for a hotel. But well, I found out that you end up paying more, just for the special grey color and receptions wearing suits, not much. There was almost no furniture in the room, no more than a bed and a chair. There were no amenities that the promised (Netflix and Kindle). The power backup was delayed. And most of the staff didn't know much English (though they were kind and helpful). At last, if you ever wish to stay in here again, ask if they have the promised services or not. Thank you

A bit expensive for the service provided. Cleanliness should be improved. The switch boards are not working properly. The windowsills are very dirty. Please don't book a room here because it looks good from the outside

Place is neat and clean but service is worst, No hot water, Not value for money. Only advantage is nearby station, Food northern style oily and spicy. Painting on walls are nice theme. Definitely not suggest check letest reviews before booking. Check if service improve????

Too much price with low maintenance.No hot water service in room. Bathroom accessories are not working properly. We cannot order food to room.someone smoking in the hallway and it entered into room.its disgusting

Walkable distance from Nagpur railway station. Which is opposite to Mayo hospital. Amenities were old. Since hotel is 40 year old. Hot water available in bathroom.hotel got its own restaurant. Good quality is good.good for budget stay.

Nice hotel on CA road, you will fill it like little bit highly priced if u book offline or on oyo.. food is tasty and service is quite good.staff is polite and cooperative. If you want stay nearby railway station then this is the best option you will have... Check different sites before booking definitely you ll save some money...
