The worst experience I had till date in my entire travel history. I generally don't give bad reviews but this is the first time when a hotel reservation was made with making the advance payment and still the reservation was given to other guests which is totally not acceptable. They took the accommodation via fab express groups and nobody was responding to my problems. I would request all those who are seeing this review, please not to book this hotel because they will allocate your reservation to other guests without even notifying you. I was stranded with a family of 6 without food but the hotel owner refused to take the responsibility .Totally worst experience🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the promise of an upgrade from a classic to a deluxe room, the reality was far from satisfactory. The room was infested with insects, which made our stay unbearable. Additionally, the lack of proper security with no functioning locks on the doors was a serious concern. The owner’s coordination was also poor, adding to the frustration. I strongly advise against staying here—don't be fooled by the photos on online I already uploaded the photo’s please check

Bad rooms and bad service. A complete regret. Rooms were stinky, barely livable. Cleaning wasn't done at all. Dirty doormats, stained bedsheets, power cuts for hours, and so on. Paid extra for the breakfast, which we didn't even get, and the breakfast was apparently poha. That's it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this.

Just have a great experience staying in this hotel too spacious rooms. It’s affordable. Staff are polite. housekeeping services proper done at time I fully recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently had an amazing stay at OCSA Inn in Nagpur. The experience was truly fantastic! The staff was exceptionally polite and went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed. The meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were not only delicious but also exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the daily evening tea and coffee were a delightful touch. Highly recommended!

The rooms are not to the satisfaction. Please change to recent photos of rooms, in booking app. Guests are being misleaded by app. The property is not worth staying.
