Rooms are very small not even ventilated properly. There is always a foul smell in the room. Breakfast is also poor. Also they will give only one water bottle as complimentary even though if you have booked double occupancy . Worst hotel I have ever stayed inn. Bad room. Bad service. Bad experience.

A basic 3-star hotel offering clean rooms and bathrooms with hot water. The room service and overall experience during check-in and check-out were quite standard, lacking a professional touch. However, it provides adequate quality for the price, so there's little to complain about.

The rooms are quite good, considering the location. I liked the service. The staff seemed a bit confused about the pricing and charges. Evry other person offered a different price for the room, that was suspicious.

Beware ⚠️⚠️ Two girl Receptionist and his staff committeed us for deluxe room with breakfast verbally. We paid around 7 k for two days. At the time of check out they refused on breakfast is not added. Unfair trade practices and false commitment with customer is totally unbearable. Advice not to choose Teebo A1 residency.

If you are in dilemma that if you should choose this hotel or not then I will say go with it. Hospitality and cleanliness was very nice. Foods at hotel were also good in taste. Loved the stay.

Good value stay.. it is far away from city. Rooms are well mentioned and clean. Service need to improve. Service standards are upto 1 ⭐.

I have stayed here for only one night and the experience is great. The location is great, the staff response is good, rooms are well maintained and everything is working properly. The property has a restaurant in the premises and the food was great too. It has parking available but an open one though a security guard is available. My overall experience is great and I will definitely recommend this.
