This hotel is located near Panchgani market. They have ample parking area. Staff is well behaved. Food is also good. Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. Only minus point is that their kitchen starts at 9 AM, which is a bit late for early risers, especially for a cup of tea. Rest everything is perfect. Thank you

This Hotel’s strategic location in the Panchgani market is noteworthy. The tree lined path leading up to the rooms and a small garden, was a beautiful sight. We were here just prior to Christmas and the chilled atmosphere within the property, laced with the smell of “Raat Rani” flowers was appreciated by my family. Rooms were neat and tidy. Basic room services are on offer and good. They have a small dining room, wherein food ordered for in advance is served. The quality and taste of our first night’s dinner here was good. Tea served here is great. The small bonfire they set up for us on the eve of Christmas was a thoughtful option. The Managers and Staff are extremely courteous. Our key suggestions for improvement are as follows: Exhaust fan in the Bathroom, Intercom facility and replacement of the chairs and tables placed outside the rooms. We will always consider this property for repeat visits and also recommend it to family and friends.

Your Hotel is in very prime location,near the market but when enter inside your premises it seems your in different place. Rooms are good,but still need to work on it,try to add more toiletries, keep hot water kettle. But you should work on your food service I have seen people going out for breakfast at Brun maska etc as their is no variety and taking lunch and dinner outside as better option available. You should improve your food service.then no one will be able to beat you. Best of luck for your future.

We were welcomed by the staff with excellent customer service skills and fantastic hospitality. Staff is very polite and always smiling. Room was very comfortable. Beautiful and well maintained property. Best thing is it is very close to main market. Also the hotel is placed close to Table land which is most famous sightseeing destination in Panchgani.The restaurant staff is also very friendly and we really enjoyed the hot, fresh and tasty breakfast. This was my second stay in this property and had really very good time. I visit Panchgani every month and after visiting multiple properties this is now my first preference.I will definitely visit again and will also suggest same to my friends and colleagues.

The property is good but requires a bit of maintenance, their needs to be some more ventilation facility in the room, AC' s needs proper maintenance, food served was tasty but was cold. Staff was kind and friendly. Situated right the center makes it very convenient for the tourists to locate it. Thank you for the stay.

Rooms are spacious, good ambience, staff supportive, kitchen was non functional when we were there but plenty of good restaurants like purohit poonam bun maska just outside. Location below table land, main market. Plenty of greenery, overall enjoyed our stay. Few issues like checking on geyser working before guests arrive should have been done.

Staff of this hotel is really kind, supportive and caring. Location is also quiet and good, market at walking distance and table point & Parsi point is nearest. We have booked the Executive Room, quite old but well maintained and good option to stay.

Hotel is very nice near market place and with abudent greeny inside complex, Rooms are big , neat and clean with 24 hrs service available. Walking distance from main chowk and easily accessible to market area Gardens for kids can enjoyed and adults spent quality time . Staff is very professional and friendly nature and ready to help from whole heart. Hotel has own resturant with best quality food and serve you fresh n made to order. Ample space for parking. Overall good hotel with. Calmness and you can feel relax.
