The hotel view was good however the hospitality was not welcoming. The room service was poor. The bathroom shower wasn't working and also the water was not clean. The kitchen service was not upto the mark. The gaming area was secluded and did not have anything. The food quality and options for breakfast were poor.||We had to figure out things on our own when we reached the hotel.

The best hotel in Panchagani/Mahableshwar period. The cozy rooms especially with the view and the balconies which are the highlight. |If you love food look no further than this place. The tandoori hot wings with in house sauce are way too good along with mutton biryani and other dishes. ||The breakfast spread is excellent with the live counter of tandoori chai makes it a great start to the day. The gymnasium to the swimming pool and other in house facilities. ||If its Pancgani it has to be Ravine.

It was wonderful and joyful stay at Ravine Hotel. It is located at best location with breathtaking valley views. Room service and Hospitality was at its best.||Restaurant service was exceptional with delicious options in buffet breakfast. Restaurant staff especially Mr. Karthik and others were very helpful and attentive. ||I Would definitely recommend others to book your stay. It’s worth staying at this beautiful hotel.

Fantastic, awesome experience… best food best stay… best rooms…all things are good… mainly the staff was excellent…. Perfect service…also what an awesome view from balcony.|Thanks alot Hotel Ravine staff for making my anniversary special .

The property is situated at an excellent location. It is huge and self-sufficient and good for the family. It has lot of activities including play area for kids, gym, swimming pool, game room and 4 tennis courts . Food is average and could be better. Breakfast was average. Overall the place needs maintenance.

I was there for a day, bathroom toilet ventilation was not working, bad odour all around the bathroom and it was spread to room as well. At buffet breakfast no sufficient staff, have to wait for more than 30 mints if u order any item. Most of the breakfast items were running short in bowls and not filled regularly. Amenities are good, tennis is chargeable, other indoor sports are not well maintained. Scene from balcony was good though 👍🏻

We had an ok experience, but could have been better. The hotel is undergoing some renovations. The room right next to ours was actively being worked out while we were there which wasn't great for our baby. One of the outlets actually began sparking. Hotel staff addressed our concerns, but we felt overall that we should not have been placed next to active construction. The on-site restaurant offered good, fresh food and we enjoyed the tandoori chai and good weather days out on the patio.
