River Palace - A Valley View Hotel

The Hotel River palace is located near main road Parsi point where our bus can easily drop . The manager Aruna patel is very kind and helpful. The staffs are polite and friendly.The top floor room wow what a beautiful view. Outside we can play and swing and carrom board to play . very safe place. The food is very tasty. Only 3, km to visit market and table land. Very budget friendly hotel must visit.

Clean rooms with valley view, staff is very polite and frank. Great service. Food is exceptional. I bet you can't get better authentic Gujarati food in Panchgani. Highly recommended for budget friendly travellers.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Cleaned rooms. Tasty and Delicious Gujarati food. Nice Lake view from the hotel room. Hotel is located on main road of panchgani so easy for travel and sight seeing. No extra charge for tea / coffee in evening.

Had a pleasant stay at River palace !! Great view from the hotel, the rooms were clean with all the utilities, friendly and cooperative staff. Miss Aruna was kind and guided us well for the trip !

I had recently visited this place in monsoon and my exp was pretty bad. My bathroom was leaking from the ceiling with cold water drops. Room service was pathetic, I had to wait for 45mins for an extra plate and spoon and this happened for multiple requests. I had shared my feedback to the lady about the ceiling leakage and she was like "Ha maintenance baki hai" so I was like if its pending then why are you allocating those rooms and charging full price. Very bad experience, make sure you check everything before checking in. Location is obviously good but I guess all the hotels in that area has the same view and experience from inside the room. Choose wisely.

The food was very good.The service was very good and staff was very friendly. The place is very hygienic with clean toilets.
