Pan Hill Hotel

I had bad experiences in this hotel. For example, there is no restaurant facilities even not hot drinking water on request (Not have electric kattle in this hotel). And there is no Wi-Fi working in the room. And the hotel is located next to the petrol pump and bus stand. So, there is a lot of noise and air pollution till late night. In my experience, other hotel should be searched in this budget. Thank you. Reply of your comment : Excuse me, I was there with my wife and 2 kids. Just asking about a kids area ( which was totally damaged) to a lady of your hotel ( who was managing in hotel ) and she started shouting and misbehaving with me and after with me, with my wife. And you are blaming on me for misbehaving. Wow ! What a return gift you give to your customers. Thanks

We recently stayed at Pan Hill Hotel in Panchgani, and while the stay itself was fine, we were deeply disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy shown after checkout. When our 5-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the washroom, the hotel staff refused to let us use their facilities, even though we had checked out just an hour earlier. Denying such a simple request, especially for a child, shows a lack of empathy and hospitality. This left a very negative impression, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families.

Located exactly infront of Panchgani bus stop in a very crowded area. Parking space is very limited rooms are comfortable but no natural lighting. Plus the monkey are another problem which you need to deal with. They don't have any restaurant in house so no tea or coffee. You need to go outside for food.

Had a great experience there. Really nice customer service!! Whatever problem you have just dial a no. and they are there for you. I almost landed them in problem but still they were really sweet. Have a great time and leave all your worries at home. ENJOY!!!!

I along with my family went for vacation in the month of may stayed in Pan hill hotel. I took cottage room which is very good, kids enjoyed bunker bed. Room service is good. Hospitality is well. Over all worth visiting hotel.

Service is very slow. For tv cable recharge, asked for 3 times then they recharged at 9 pm Aked to clean the potty of monkey in balcony, they said cleaning staff is not available as their shift is over. Rooms are small and road touch, traffic is continously there, so disturbance at night and you cannot sleep properly. Also Petrol Pump is adjacent to the Hotel, hence distubrance of vehicle, which affect your slip at night. Very unprofessional behaviour of hotel management. On phone he informed that you are checking in late so you can check out late but next day asking for check out at 10 am.

It is old now. I visited but did not stay. You'll get better options in this budget. It is near the bus stand and in the market centre.
