Location is amazing. Those who like nature and calmness. The 24/7 cafe is a hit here. If u have kids no need to worry about meal timings. Washroom need to b upgraded. They are very old kind of and have worn off. Rest is good

Room was good, cleaned and staff was hospitale. In a place like panchgani where network are not available, wifi should be good which was not. Food taste was good, but in buffet breakfast options were very limited and not worth the price. Stay options is good.

Overall experience was good. Here only thing about room which can be disliked by many is the mattress which are not that good. However , property location greenery food and it has cafe which is open 24 hr so that is plus point. Also many games. You can stay and explore nearby places which are not too far

Located in heart of Panchgani....right near to the market place but still in isolated hush green area....beautiful, serene place. The hotel is beautiful with olden style wooden architecture...large open area with beautiful greenery around... Rooms are so clean n big, well maintained and with all the necessaryfacilities. The staff is friendly and polite with quick response. Dining area is equally big and beautiful and food is excellent

This hotel is located in panchgani. Built in 60'. Room have been renovated. Ample space for car parking. Food is good but costly. Rooms are spacious with facilities like alexa controlled lights and fans, android tv with all subscriptions, and I was amused to see a wall clock in the room. Bathrooms are clean and hygienic. 24 hrs running hot water. Wifi facilities available free of cost. They have also build newly build wooden room which are extremely spacious and luxurious for stay. Do try those room.

The hospitality is amazing. I had a family event they organised for us which made me immensely happy with the planning and implementing as per my requirements. They take care of their customers and most importantly listens to them which only few hotel staffs do. Whatever they do for their customers is with their hearts and souls that is what touched me. If I will go to Panchgani I will surely only book with Hotel Malas that is for sure. Thank you to welcome us and organise our event. Thank you so much!!

The staff working in the hotel was very co operative especially service provided by vishal was really appreciated ,he served is with hot food whenever required and was very customer friendly would like to mention with his polite and workaholic attitude he will definitely reach to the top of pinnacle. Good luck and good going.

We had an awesome birthday celebration. Nicely decorated gazebo and warm welcome by the staff. Super staff and delicious food.
