Worst Hotel Experience Ever | Avoid This Place This is not a hotel – it’s a nightmare. My stay at Hotel Garad, Maval, Pune was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Pathetic Service: The staff is completely untrained, arrogant, and careless. They don’t respond to requests, speak rudely, and behave like they’re doing you a favor by letting you stay. Zero Management: No one seems to be in charge. Complaints go unheard. There’s no system or professionalism – just chaos. Overpriced Garbage: For the condition and service, even ₹500 would be too much. The hotel is looting people with no shame. This place is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone – not even for free. Stay far away from this place if you value your money, health, and peace of mind.

Nit & clean room with fast room service. Food quality was too good and awesome in entire Talegaon. Specially sea food was very tasty and fresh. We ordered Prawns butter garlic, chi tangdi kebab, mutton kasturi handi, pomfret goan curry, appam. Really awesome and lajawab food. Easy check in process. All the stuff was polite and maintain hygiene compund. We have a awesome experience with Hotel Maval Grrand.

Not recommended. They're completely busy with their restaurant only. Hotel business is mostly ignored. Cockroaches and pigeons are there. Water supply is not reliable. Toiletries were not provided. Overall unpleasant stay.

"Avoid this dump at all costs! The service was catastrophically bad, with servers who seemed to be suffering from a severe case of apathy. The food was an unholy abomination - cold, congealed, and tasted like cardboard soaked in grease. It was like they took all the leftover trash from the past week, tossed it on a plate, and charged me for the privilege of eating it. Mr. Subodh from reception was very helpful, went with family, rooms were clean, , food is good. will visit again.

Visited on 10th May, 2025. Stayed one night. Will not recommend for staying. We got rooms after 1pm, very very poor service. Water problem, horrible room service, cockroaches in the room.
