Collection O Hotel Rest Inn

During my stay I had thought of writing at length about how bad this hotel experience was but then i simply have no will to recollect that horrible experience. So here are the bullet points : 1. Pathetic Service. 2. Electricity issue. 3. Serious cleanliness and Hygiene issue. Everything from Furniture to Washroom and other basic facility was the worst. The washrooms were the worst. No cleaning, no proper water supply. Nothing. Just worst and Worst. 4. Yes, only the location was good as it was in KP, Pune. Please avoid this hotel and look for something better, even it cost more as this will be a waste of money to you guys.

Horrible hospitality! No warning written or verbal that no foreigners are allowed at this hotel. When I arrived the manager didn’t even acknowledge my existence when I said hello even though I was the only one there and he was not doing anything else. No apologies or even understanding. Worst experience EVER. Learn some hospitality and how to smile and apologise at the very least.

Nice location. Bigger rooms are good. Service is poor. Could be better. Don't have card machine. Oyo prices are on higher side. Good for couple of days.

Very good hotel for this price. Staff is really cooperative. Very safe location.

Stay was good. Cooperative staff. Hotel address is a bit confusing. Had to put extra effort finding the location.

I booked a room from oyo.. After visiting hotel i got to know that hotel is closed for 3 day.. Very bad experience...
