OYO Hotel Galaxy Near INOX

The Badest Experience I ever had in this type of oyo, exact location you cannot find it in the extreme corner, Not even they provide complimentary water bottel Still ok but No Hot water as shown and the worst part was the Room where you will find many coackroaches everywhere,

I just want to give them -1 review for all.. there were no such kind of service, that receptionist boy was very rude.. i reached there at 12:30 in the night.. he didn't give me service well and started arguing and i don't have any other option in the mid night,room also unhygienic, no hot water,TV was not working, he give me 3rd floor room , he didn't pick up the call for any urgency.. I have to stap down the 3floor for asking AC remote. I never suggest this hotel.

The experience was terrible , they refused to honour a paid booking and said it's too cheap a price for us to give. Call Oyo directly or pay 500 cash extra above the paid booking price. At 10 at night we had no option but to give in to the blackmail. Calling Oyo and waiting for 15 mins on call was also not helpful and no support was provided.

Room was not hygienic, there was no hot water, I booked room at 500 rs but when I reached there that guy said I won't give room. Pay me 1000. I was not alone there were 2 more people same issue. As it was very late we had no choice

I booked this hotel in only 680/- through Oyo but when I reached there about 9 pm, the hotel receptionist demanded 1200/- rupees for same room and denied to give any room. I was stucked almost there no any option left to give 1200/- rupees. Because There was no hotel near it. Worst exp.

That was not like for any Star, Reception guy was very bad, he didn't have any common sense , room was very dirty , in room TV wasn't working, no hot water ..... My humble request to all don't book at this hotel. Everything will be spoil in a day.
