Hotel O Hadapsar Pune

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. Why? Read below. 1) I booked it via make my trip for 1 night at the quoted price with my wife and daughter but I was denied check-in because wanted extra cash and were adamant. Even asked me to cancel the booking and book with them directly. I called customer care and had to wait for an hour for the settlement between them. Oyo and make My trip also has worst service They also not supportive and not sure if you have a pricing issues with make my trip or oyo why can’t you to talk them and visa versa why customer has to suffer. Also I am 100% sure that neither make my trip or to will take any action on it.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. Why? Read below. 1) I booked it via Oyo app for 3 days at the quoted price and I was denied check-in. They wanted extra cash and were adamant. Even asked me to cancel the booking and book with them directly. I called customer care and had to wait for an hour for the settlement between them. Oyo gave them Rs 185 as complementary funds and they wanted Rs 200. Because of just Rs 15, I was asked to wait for an hour at reception. The guy who sits there in day-time, he was not only rude but handed over the keys like he is doing me some sort of favour and didn't even bother to have my luggage delivered to my room on 2nd floor. Perhaps, he needs to re-attend school and learn some basic manners. 2) I asked for tea in the morning, the same reception guy said he would send the help. No one showed up. It seemed like they didn't bother. 3) Not even once during the 3-day stay anyone come to clean the room 4) Oyo would not let me post this review in their app Please stay away from this hotel if you're coming for official purpose or with family. Avoid this while you can. Horrible experience!

मेरी बुकिंग 6 फेब्रुवरी को थि कल मेने oyo अँप से ऑनलाईन payment कर दिया था मैं चेक इन के लिये गया स्टाफ बोलणे लगे ज्यादा पैसे लगेंगे इतने मैं नही होगा मैने पहले से ऑनलाईन payment कर दिया था बहोत बतमीज स्टाफ है plz इस हॉटेल मैं मत जाइये

My booking was on 6th February, yesterday I had made online payment through oyo app, I went to check in, the staff started saying that it will cost more money, I will not be able to pay that much, I had already paid online, the staff is very rude, please do not go to this hotel.
