This is the best hotel i have ever seen in my entire life. Each and every staff is good I stayed there with my family for 6 days and my overall experience was mind blowing. They are always ready to serve you. During that 6 days i was emotionally bonded with this hotel. I think 5 star rating is not enough to describe this place. At last day they invite for dinner which was made by their servants and what can i say, that dinner was the tastiest dinner in my entire life. On that day i even ate bitter guard which was too tasty. Thank you alot.

The mats at the reception isn't good ..fully dirty. Also the internet connection range isnt available in the room i would say very poor range, you need to come out of room to use internet. The cushioning on the bad isn't there although there is design on the bed but its just design on wood its total fake. Rest everything is okay but as compared to price range it doesn't meet the standards in anywhere. Not recommended from my side as per the price of the rooms.

It was an overall good experience with great taste and ambience!! Our server was Vinod Kumar and was very friendly and soft spoken!

Location is in heart of city, its a bit inside but either rooms are very clean, spacious and great ambiance worth paying. Great conference hall with good amenities. Property looks average from outside but they it is not less than 4 star property. They had maintained very well.Great job Mr. Rakesh.

 I booked this hotel by using makemytrip.com many time ||first time I face problem with adress i write on TripAdvisor now thy have correct the adress||Second time I booked executive room but when I reached hotel thy was refuse to provide executive room saying abhi executive room book hai avelable nahi aapko rukna hai to ruko also thy was not ready to provide the inclusion mentioned on makemytrip thy was saying yeh to waise hi likha hota hai || ||The inclusion was mineral water , WiFi internet, minnibar , newspaper ||When I call regarding this problem to makemytrip hotel people was not agree to talk makemytrip executive they told we don't know who's makemytrip you can talk to FABHOTELS then makemytrip executive talk with fab.com ||and finally hotel people informed me executive room will not available so if you want you can stay in small room one day next day can be provid executive room and inclusion only breakfast will provide|| The quality of buffet breakfast is not so good with very limited options. it's only one item that's poha or idli We had idli but it was like one day old, completely dry. We ordered something wich was changed| |my suggestion||1) better when  are booking this hotel book without breakfast as nothing is three for breakfast it's totally disappointed  ||2) conform you are staying in room type wich you booked as many time if you book executive room hotel reception people will provide you a small room and thy will tell you it's executive room as I stay many time so I know yhe defrance between two room | |2) Before booking hotel review the inclusion and talk to the website from you are booking as on website it's mentioned that inclusion is |1) mineral water Botel |2) wifi INTERNET|3) news paper |4) minnibar in room |And many more but if you don't confirm before booking it will totally disappointed hote reception people will tell you website wale to aise hi likhte hai hamme nahi likha|and you will not get any inclusion without one idli or poha in breakfast||| For hotel my suggestion||1) Hotel need to improve breakfast , quality and quantity both ||2) need to provide as mentioned in website of makemytrip or FABHOTELS OR any other partners as thy are promised there customer on your behalf and after confirm from you ||3) if customer booked executive room provide that don't tell it's not available |Its like fooling people ||4) if you want to charge higher for executive room and small room mention room catagay clearly on website|||I must mention hear hotel is good ambiance good location if come with small improvement and stand on commitments
