Very good corporate hotel. Very nice ambience. The reception staff were very humble and cooperative. The were cozy but comfortable, well maintained. The food served was delicious and breakfast was awesome definitely recommend my company for future bookings.

The hotel's location is convenient.||The check-in and check-out processes are smooth and hassle-free.||The rooms are well-designed, offering a bright and cheerful ambiance, and the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. ||The staff were courteous, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Special thanks to Wasim ji, Gopal and Sameer.||To my surprise, as I entered my room I was given a Ladies kit with all essentials required like facewash, rosewater, sanitary pad, etc. This gesture warmed my heart!||The hotel also served good food, with a decent variety of options to choose from. The food quality is good, and the service in the dining area is prompt.||I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay in Pune.

Stayed in this hotel for 12 days and the staff is very friendly and very courteous. The service that I've got is really great. They care a lot about their guests that it feels right at home. But there are some pros and cons Pros: 1. Quite the friendly staff and has very quick services. 2. Quite clean Rooms and quite the value for money. Cons: 1. Had a lot of issues with the Internet. It is quite slow 2. The toilet seats are moving in the bathroom Other than that I had a great experience while staying. So whenever I come to Pune again I know where to stay from now on

This place provides very poor service. Please don't anyone go to stay in this place. Complained that the jet spray in the bathroom was not working, but no one from the staff took notice of this. When I complained that the air condition of the room was not working, I complained to him but got the reply that he does not have a technician. I told them to provide me another room, to which they said that they don't have any other room available. I told them you have taken full rent for this room then why you are not providing proper service then their staff asked you to check out I was replied in rude language.

When we arrived the front office department Niranjan made us feel welcome with their warm and professional demeanor. They efficiently handled our check in process and provided excellent recommendations from local dining. We truly appreciate their exceptional service and attention to detail . We really enjoy it 😇

Wonderful stay|Nice staff and good location 👍👍👍|……….|Stay was good and room was comfortable and clean however small amenities like bucket and mug should be there in all the rooms before arrival, these are small things you shouldn't have to ask for. Breakfast was nice and good spread with all different Indian food varities. I like idli and sambhar with some great coconut chutney. Overall I had a nice stay with bloom. Specially FNB staff Rahul, Shiva is good.

This hotel and staff are absolutely amazing, I walked in and everyone had a beautiful welcoming smile extremely comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I want to thank the front desk staff especially Jamil he was extra special and attentive guided me through the check in and check out process helped me with directions around the city . Thank you hotel BLOOM PUNE for being absolutely incredible.
