OYO Flagship 815303 Hotel Aru Sai

Very unhygienic rooms, below average bathrooms, no towels, no soap, no water bottle provision and to it all there is this Arrogant Receptionist boy with no manners. The rest of the staff is the same. I've never encountered such a hostile and arrogant attitude from hotel staff. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you're looking for a decent, hassle-free stay.

The bed were comfortable enough but the bathrooms looks very poor condition and tv was also there but there was no option to turn it on they didn’t provided any tv remote and the fan went automatically off in first night

I could have given a zero if I could. Had stayed here as it was close to an exam center with exam timings 9-12:30 - they wouldn’t let me extend my checkout by 30 mins as i couldnt take my bag with me) Absolutely the worst, most arrogant staff at the reception, the corridor makes me want to vomit, towels asked for hasnt been delivered in over 6 hours, the table had food from the previous guests, very dirty bathroom, no intercom ( wouldnt make a difference evem if there was one as people here do not want to work, I guess) No provision for mineral water. Very non accommodating staff. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. No value for money.

I booked via OYO app for my business trip. My check-in was scheduled late night. However on arrival they refused to provide stay stating that rooms are full. Later it become very much troublesome finding hotel in night. Horrible experience.

Worst hotel every all over bed you will see bedbugs(khatmal) ,no water in bathroom,no geezer, specially for ladies I don't recommend this hotel as all there windows are broken I suggest not to book from here

Worst service ever.. arrogant staff..They don't provide hot water in morning... Bathroom also very unhygienic.. Dirty bedsheets....And observed large amounts of bed bugs on bed..

It was a good stay, you will see food hotels outside this oyo. Tv and ac do not work. You will get uber service at this area.

We checked in late night and greeted by an arrogant receptionist. As experienced in every OYO hotel, the room was entirely different than the pics on website. The wash basin had no pipe,water directly fallen on my legs. No hot water, no soap, no towel no intercom...very worst experience as usual with OYO.
