Rooms are fine, but the service needs to be better , the attitude of guy sitting at reception needs to be more receptive, when you run a buisness this attitude matters a lot. The AC of the room was not working properly , maintanence required. Location is near to main road but the route to hotel need to be maintained , it's too muddy

My first visit to this property. Excellent from check in to stay to food. The front manager Mr.Sahi and Mr. Ganesh were exceptional in the check in process and made it smooth for me.Mr.Sahil was always available to help.The help staff were very good in their duties and the rooms n property was very clean n tidy. A home from a home. Food was good to. Definitely coming back👍👍👍

Booked hotel for my elderly parents for 3 days. Parents were welcomed by Ms. Pratima at reception. She was very professional and helping nature. Parents requested an early check in the morning, and she helped Sr.Citizens to get early check-in. She was always helpful and provided support to my parents during their stay. My parents felt really comfortable during their stay and sent their blessings to Ms. Pratima . I am glad that I got my parents booked in this hotel. The staff is also very professional and supportive. I would strongly recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay. Well done, Treebo Trend Landmark Regency, Keep up the good work.

Treebo has a special training centre to train the hotel staff to be rude and impolite. My 3rd worse experience with treebo. Delhi, Nashik and Pune.behavior of staff was unspeakable.got out of vehicle under their nose but no staff came to help with luggage.hotel is not in a decent location.avoid it it if you are a single lady.room was full of insects and baby Lizards.staff refused to do anything about it..over all been a same terrible experience..

recently stayed for 5 days at this budget hotel and while the staff (Shubham manager/ Mahesh - Front office/ HK staff Giridhar )was excellent and provided great service, This place mostly people will book while they are on business trip in Pune. This is a very good place out of all the available options around that area. Rooms are clean, food was decent, service overall was good, hotel staff are good and helpfull. The good thing is rooms are spacious and equipped with luxury amnities. If you are on a long business trip and have to work from room for some days, this is a good option. There is a separate work desk in the room, so you dont have to compromise. Reachability to nearby important places from this hotel is also good

Stayed in Landmark Regency in March 2024. The hotel is located in a nice place that is very peaceful and free of loud noises and disturbances. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to provide assistance. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom fittings were a bit problematic but it was mostly resolved by the staff. Overall, had a very pleasant experience of staying here. Highly recommended!

This hotel takes care of guests and delivers their services professionally and quietly. They are eager to make sure your room is clean. Every staff member is well trained. I sincerely recommend this hotel from personal experience,Too good for this price, good cleanliness and hygiene, polite staff and very helpful breakfast was very nice.
