The Altruist Business Hotel Wagholi

I stayed at this Mapple hotel from 09.10.2024 to 13.10.2024. I have experienced a very bad services with hotel staff. The amenities they showed on website were not at all working / available at the hotel like no electricity they have complete loose connections in the hotel room. Bathrooms are very dirty, shower handles are broken, no hot water services, they stopped water services for two days. The reception is not maintained and managed properly. I don’t see people handling reception and no one is available at evening times. No buffet breakfast in complementary, no services for lunch and dinner at restaurant, no centralized Ac’s were working in whole building, Ac not working in room. I am forced to change room for 3times in my stay for 4days. Service people are very negligent at hotel, quick process of working is lacking in complete management. No one responds quickly even after calling for more than 3 to 4 times. Land line phone is not working. Door lock system is not working. The complete building is under repair.

We had an exceptional stay and meeting at Maple. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay..

I have stayed in this hotel from 15/12/2024 till17/12/2024 the service was very bad l have ordered 2 cups tea they are not giving room service worst behaviour l was very bad experience with this hotel l will suggest you don't come to this hotel

Would have never like to give even a single star rating… You pay 3000 bucks to get yourself admitted in hospital. Because when u book room here there are number mosquitoes free in your ac room also… really disappointed with the service at your desk. No timely breakfast provided. Hygiene is not maintained

We (82) came from ooty tamilnadu We had an amazing stay at the Mapple Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. A special mention to Amol, who took great care of us with his excellent hospitality and always smiley face . I would definitely give him a 5-star rating for making our stay extra special!”

We had a 2 days stay with students group from Tamil Nadu... Hotel services are very good & they have big size rooms and staff behaviour is very nice... Mr. Anmol here he's very friendly and helpful person.. he take care of our all needs and always smiling.

I found your manager Amol to be really corparative and also the hotel was realy neat and clean. The staffs were also quite kind and humble. Thank you for your excellent service.
