Overall stay was comfortable. However, please do not request your guests who have already settled in the provided rooms to shift to another room just because another family (guests) are asking your room for whatever reasons.

Bunch of impolite people running this place. Both of them have zero manners. They don’t know how to talk to the customer. One of them had an audacity asking me why did you booked it online, you could have come to us directly. Also, at the time of checkout one of them asked me to show me my online booking and when I showed him, he took my phone into his hands and started clicking the pictures from his phone. He thought it’s normal to take somebody’s phone. I will request solo female travellers to avoid this particular property.

We left the hotel in 5min after check in due to following reasons -The room was uncleaned , toilet was smelly, no proper parking, basic hygiene was not maintained, there were mosquitos in the room and staff didn't provide us the mosquito coil. We asked hotel manager to cut 50% payment as a cancellation fee and return back 50% payment but they denied. Please check the room before making payment.

I checked in the late evening, and I informed sufficient earlier over the call. on arrival, I found that an AC room was not available and the person at reception asked me to adjust to a non-AC room. he asked me if I needed an AC room then I needed to go to another location around 3-4 km away with the self-expense As it was late evening, I said ok with that upon entering the room there was a strong unpleasant smell all over the room and he didn't even have the air freshener or something similar The worst case is that he asked me to pay the remaining amount in cash rather than online pay mode and he doesn't have a change in return In the morning at the time of checkout as well he couldn't arrange the money and returned me less amount Terrible experience Will never trust FabHotel henceforth

Decent hotel. Nice rooms. Couple friendly. Friendly behaviour for the customers. Must visit.

The room and the bedsheet was not clean. The bathroom cleanliness was pathetic. Somehow manage to sleep on dirty bedsheet. Th staff is very rude
