Fake Reviews and Subpar Experience: Avoid This Hotel! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Country Roads. The hotel's reputation seems to be built on fake reviews, which is misleading and frustrating. Major Issues: 1. Fake Reviews:The hotel's online reviews seem fabricated, with many sounding overly positive and generic. 2. Poor Food Quality:The food was subpar and not worth the money. 3. Lack of Basic Amenities:The hotel didn't provide basic necessities like: - Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) - Lemons or other complimentary items - Tissue paper - Towels (or sufficient towels) Based on my experience, I'd advise others to be cautious when considering this hotel. The fake reviews, poor food quality, and lack of basic amenities make it a disappointing choice.

Worst experience, I had booked this place 4 days before travelling by paying 440 rupees(in advance). The manager confirmed me that the stay is confirmed. And you can check in . On reaching the place, I came to know that the hotel is closed. On calling the manager he said there is maintenance work going on and you can check-in Viman nagar branch. I was also denied the refund of 440 rupees, which was paid for booking and had to search for a different location to stay when I had an exam to attend the next day. Even tried connecting to manager for refund via whatsaap , he didnt reply back.

I had visited the place yesterday, I had a worst experience. I was there to chill but that had to leave the place for the disappointment of the owner. Also he charged me for pet worth 500 bugs which was not informed. Also 1000 for over time of this staff was charged without informing. The owner is psyched Also everything that I ordered was smelling other that jeera rice and the jeera rice was sticky so over all food sucks. Please do not order any food from him, it's very unhygienic.

I visited this place with high hopes, drawn in by the impressive pictures. However, the reality was far different from what the photos could convey. The smell and the distress I experienced during my stay were overwhelming. While I prefer not to delve into the specifics, I can say that the staff lacked basic manners, treated us disrespectfully, and demanded more money. My advice? Avoid this place. Save your time, money, and mental well-being. It's not worth it.

I had ordered food from Swiggy. Order was samosa, vada pav and halwa, they had sent me chicken noodles that smelly and stale, with fungus in food. Very bad Registering a police complaint on them.

I am a frequent traveller. But this was worst ever experience. They don't have available 90% of their menu items. They are not interested in service. Too money oriented ppl. If you request them to customise the food little bit then they will deny so rudely. No adequate staff is available. Only 1 person is managing everything. Hence he is always busy even if 2 to 3 guests are there. Overall a bad experience

We ordered (from Swiggy) rasagulla and hot and sour soup 🍲 price 100 rupees each...and see what we got 2 piece of rasgulla (see pic ) and we ordered veg soup and received with chicken 🍗.....we pour into sink then we can see chicken in it
