OYO 10939 Hotel Sangam

One of the most picturesque hotels in the city of pune. Located a little outside the hush lush of the city but perfectly reachable from anywhere in the city in a short time. The staffs make your stay really comfortable and are very polite. Any room related issue is solved immediately. Great for couples who don't entertain much disturbance. They also have a restaurant attached which serves a wide variety of food so that you don't have to go anywhere else.

The rooms are very good but are small without table for eating food. The restaurant is not good but charged rs 1000 just for naan and one dish. The manager is very friend. The bad thing is that when we leave the room the ward boys clean the room and bath in our bathroom and leaves the bathroom dirty. Overall the hotel is good for family and couples

Shower had no power and they forgot to turn the hot water on even though my 1st question was do you have garam pani?? It was hard work to communicate with the staff. They looked like they hated their jobs and could not be bothered to welcome or help us atall. This will be the last time I ever book oyo, 2 awful experiences now. 1000rs per night can get much better hotels with more helpful service

Price was higher then the place deserves... Breakfast is namesake... You won't eat it anyway. Room was clean. Bathroom has some water issue. Water not flowing properly. But it worked out fine on second day. Everything was brand-new. Place is far from City center.

The rooms were pretty much what we expected from an OYO rooms. The breakfast was absolutely terrible with offerings like poha, idli and more idli. They were also very cold. Also, the quality of service(slow) and the availability of some small items left a lot to be desired.

The worst. First off all, checking in took more than half an hour or so even though I had already completed the payment online. The room wasn't clean at all. The bedsheets were torn. We asked for a different bedsheets and all 4 were torn bedsheets. There were insects and rats in the room When we asked to change the room they declined saying it's the last room. Lights went off at night for like 10 times. This is the worst experience with Oyo.

Place is tidy , washroom lock was broken . I had difficulty while check in as I checked in at 1 am . Oyo customer service is excellent . Free WiFi speed was also good . parking available . Before online booking check the prices on other sites for cheap bookings . Happy stay to all :)

As it's a budget hotel rooms are not spacious. Good for 2 adults and 1 kid. There is no restaurant in the premises so if we order food it will take some time to get it.
