Booked hotel wia Oyo paid full money...but after I came to hotel for check in hotel owner said we didn't get booking through Oyo and asked me to pay additional charges for booking. After I called they (Oyo) call center denied to refund. Ask me to book nearby hotel and payment.

I have booked room throw OYO at 10.30 pm I was accomplished with family got a deal of 600 per room I have booked and went to hotel to my surprise he said we are not accepting OYO booking and addition charged me 1800 for 2 rooms which I feel is unethical but as it was late with no option left paid full amount..... I am not aware from who's end negligence is but it really pathetic because when we travel with family we need assurance which OYO failled to give.... Booking ID:YH5P9216

Actual room rent not show by OYO, that's why we are facing erratic check in experience at hotel. Need to update regular for hotel tarriff by OYO to hotel management so guest can not feel erratic check in experience.

After booking online with OYO they still ask you to pay extra amount at the reception. If extra amount not paid then no keys are provided. Worst experience with hotel Staff. Not at all suggested.

Nice hotel &stay. Good location 😊😊 Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Owner is very humble and helpful.
